From selection to delivery
The sales assistant was well informed, helpful and gave advice. She assessed our size and ‘weight’, suggested several types of mattress and explained their different properties and strengths. We then felt able to make an informed choice.
The guys delivering the mattress couldn’t have been better. They arrived promptly, reviewed the mattress for removal and the space available for manoeuvring it out of the house. They did so efficiently and then brought the new one in, putting it in place and removed all packaging. Done and dusted in about 20 minutes.
They were friendly and careful.

Great service all round
Good choice of beds, good service from Bozena who looked after us. Got everything we wanted, she did a fine job up selling the products, but in a non-pushy way. We will use them again when replacing the kids beds.
And delivery was well scheduled and arrived early with good communication. Really good service

Had the best experience in Hamilton store. Bozena was amazing.
Found a great bed on a really nice deal, super king and it’s so comfortable, had a great thick mattress with pillow top that’s so nice and love the size and height of the mattress.
Delivery was fast and efficient and the men delivered it and set it up up in my bedroom, advised the best way to orientate it and they helped make sure I was happy with it and the orientation and that I could access cupboards etc.
They made a potentially stressful situation effortless.

New Mattress
Had a good experience when in store Allan was very helpful explaining all about types of mattresses. Delivery was quick and 2 men that delivered were very nice and helpful. Only slept on mattress 1 night so can't say what it's going to be like but 🤞

Fantastic overall experience
Excellent customer service in store. Absolutely can’t fault their communication, providing me with updates and on the day of delivery. Fantastic link sent to allow me to track my delivery and a phone call 20 minutes before from the driver advising that we were the next delivery.
Deliver men were friendly, effective and allowed me time to clear up once our old bed had been removed before installing our new ottoman bed. Delighted from start to finish with Bensons.
