I did however think it wrong that a store cannot sell an item that can be found online with the company. Its all one company so there shouldn't be restrictions.

A terrific bed
We bought a bed last year and have found it to be very comfortable so much so that we have bought the same bed and mattress in double size for one of our spare rooms. We dealt with Louise again and she is always so helpful and so made the whole experience straightforward.

Assistant in the shop was so helpful which made the process of buying our mattress so easy.

I wanted a headboard for my room couldnt decide on one the sales assistant. took me around the shop at team valley retail world i described what i was looking for i got it within 10mins deciding the best ones he chose for me he nailed it for me.wouldnt go any further than bensons when it got delivered it took 3 weeks for it to come they kept you updated with everything and give you times what was best to arrive at my house the driver. Colin and his assistant reece were both polite and took headboard upstairs for me a lot just put in the porch.thanks lads. Thank you at the shop as well.both pleasant lads

From purchase to delivery it's been great
From the visit to the store at Team Valley Gateshead to the delivery and set up, getting a new bed has been a brilliant process. Excellent customer care, advice and information. The communications were great - we were reassured and kept up to date. Everything went as planned.
Colin and Michael were excellent when they delivered the new bed. We paid the extra for Bensons to dissemble our old bed (also Bensons) and take it away as well as assemble the new bed. This was all carried out cheerfully and professionally. They gave us advice on after care and left us information.
We absolutely love our new bed. Thank you Bensons 😊
