Required a new mattress but couldn’t remember the bed frame size I had ordered 3 years previously
I knew what I wanted when I arrived but could not remember the size frame I had brought from them 3 years prior. The assistant looked my details up, found my bed and sized up for a new mattress. Simple easy and in and out in 30 minutes. Advisor was brilliant and new his job!

Bensons were great !
Bensons were great from the moment I walked into the store in Farnborough Gate and was served by Nasim to the moment the bed was installed. I rec'd emails about the delivery and was given a time of arrival as expected. Martin and Mandie who delivered the bed were very efficient, professional and friendly. I couldn't fault them or Bensons! To be thoroughly recommended.

From fine to not fine 😩
The in store service was fine. However, I had to order my pillow, as it wasn’t available in store. Not a problem. I was informed that it would be delivered to the store and I would get a phone call when it arrived. However, nearly a week later I had to chase up instore and to my disappointment, I was told that the pillow was actually going to be delivered to my house (nearly 10 days after placing the order!) Furthermore, if the pillow didn’t arrive on the expected day, I had to chase up the order with the store!!!! Not a happy customer.

Happy customer
I had a good experience at the Farnborough store. First time I visited I went on their sleep machine and was advised by Alex, in depth, about the type of mattress that would be good for me. I fell in love with one but wasnt sure I was ready to commit to the price and I hate finance. Alex wasnt pushy and didn't make me feel like I'd wasted his time.
I then spent a couple of months online shopping for one but didn't want to commit to something I had never laid on and couldn't stop thinking about the Bensons igel.
I went back to lay on it again and long story short, I ended up buying it. The staff are not pushy and are very knowledgable about their products. The second trip Zarod and Chris answered all my questions and Alex remembered me from before.
I never write reviews like this and it feels so cringe, but it was a good experience from start to finish and I now have a comfy mattress for the first time in years!
P.S. the delivery drivers were really friendly (Matt Henning and unfortunately can't remember the other name)

Fabulous experience from start to finish
Fabulous! Excellent service, really kind and helpful store staff, easy ordering process. Everything was explained, and we got a great deal on a really wonderful bed. The delivery set up and removal of the old mattress could not have been easier. Highly recommend this shop!
