A smooth and hassle-free experience
The whole experience of buying a bed and sofa bed and having them delivered was smooth and hassle-free.
I had originally planned to only go and browse a few products as I'd only started to think about purchasing these items but the salesperson in the shop - Nasim did such a wonderful job that I purchased both before leaving the store!
The delivery team were equally professional and helpful and I would not hesitate to purchase further products in the future! Thank you!

We were very pleased with the service which Richard gave us. He showed us the bases we were looking for and then directed us to a colour that we liked (seen on a base on the other side of the shop). His manner was caring and very informative. Excellent service all round.

Bensons are the best.
Nasim was very knowledgeable about the products and which ones would suit our needs best. She explained the differences between each mattress, offered advice, gave us space to make our own decision with no pressure or "hard sell" and so made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable.

Staff in the shop were very knowledgeable and helpful. We were kept well informed of the delivery date and time. The delivery team were both courteous and friendly and went out of there way to ensure that the heavy mattress was installed without any damage to the walls or furniture in the house

From start to finish the experience was easy. Everything was explained including payment options, how to care for the mattress and helpful updates before delivery. Delivery team called me the night before and they were spot on their estimate. They built the bed and took away all the packaging within 20 minutes.

Generally an ok service
Generally an ok service. In store a lot of effort was put into making sure we got the right bed and we got discount in the sale. First delivery was ok but headboard was stained (rejected by the delivery team) A month later we got another headboard, condition wasn't perfect but accepted it as I didn't want to wait again for another delivery.
I think if the headboard was packaged better and more care taken then I would have given an extra star.
