Excellent range of beds and mattresses and very good and considerate service

Advice was very helpful in choosing the right mattress for our needs. Customer service also very good was not pressured into making any hurried decisions.

The staff in store were very helpful and help me choose the right bed for my needs. Trying different firmness to find the right fit.

The bed was delivered on time and delivery men were helpful .so far all going well.

We ordered my daughters new bed with Sab at the Croydon store. There was a great choice of beds and mattresses available and we considered our selection to be great value. Sab was very helpful, informative and patient with us during the ordering process. We received the bed four weeks later as promised and it was delivered carefully by Mark and Alan on the date and time specified. They also called half an hour prior to delivery to confirm that they would be arriving soon. The bed was received in excellent condition and we are very pleased with our purchase and the overall service that we have received from start to finish.

I recently went to the Purley way branch looking for a new mattress. I want to thank the gentleman who took care of me, Alton. He was friendly, informative and made me feel at ease. A wonderful member of staff who is due a lot of credit. I went on to order my mattress online with Bensons.

I had a very pleasant experience when visiting Benson for Beds, Croydon. I was met by a very cheerful and helpful Alton who showed me the range of adjustable beds and based on his advice I was able to make my purchase. I could have purchased my bed online, however, when making large purchases I prefer to see and touch the item for my peace of mind. Bensons have recently offered a lifetime guarantee on their beds, which other companies are not. This gave me the confidence to make my purchase. I am happy I went into the store and Alton made my visit a very pleasant one.

Alton was fantastic from start to finish, he made purchasing our new mattress and bed so easy with his knowledge, guidance and professionalism.Alton provided a personalised touch which made us feel valued. He started with a test on the mattress machine to determine which firmness would suit, he then had us try a variety of mattresses within the store. His patience, expert knowledge and friendly manner made the difference to our shopping experience that day and I would highly recommend Bensons for Beds.
