Comfortable mattress but issues with divan already
Tried the bed and orthopaedic mattress options in store but ordered online to allow cash back options. Good delivery options and delivered nil issues. Have had the divan bed with Mammoth mattress 2 months now and sleep has definitely improved. Bed height is very high compared to previous beds due to extra deep mattress. One fault is the divan drawers are very sticky and one has now detached from the runner so have to contact the team for a replacement. Not what I’d expect after just 2 months

We are pleased to hear that your sleep has improved with your new mattress and that the delivery process went smoothly. However, we are very sorry to hear about the issue with your divan drawers stiffening and coming off the runner so soon after purchase. This is certainly not the standard of quality we aim to provide, and we fully support your decision to contact our customer service team to get this resolved and arranged for a replacement.

10 out of 10 for Benson’s Purley Way
From the start of choosing and ordering my lovely new ottoman bed to the day it was delivered and constructed was a positive experience.
Sab at the Purley Way branch assisted me. He was friendly, knowledgeable and offered valid advice to help me make an informed decision in choosing the right bed for me and I did not feel pressured in anyway.
I was kept informed by text and email from Benson’s as to each stage of the process that my bed was at and that everything was on track for the agreed delivery date.
My bed was delivered on the date agreed and within the 2 hour time slot estimated. Phil and Yan delivered and constructed my bed quickly and efficiently. They even took their shoes off without me asking them too, for which I was grateful!
I have recommended family and friends as to Benson’s Beds, especially the Purley branch.

Sab at your store in croydon was fantastic, we purchased a bed with him before but unfortunately had to cancel it due to personal circumstances. We went and explained everything and the team where very sympathetic and dealt with everything professionally. We were then in a position to re order. Sab remembered us and helped us process another bed. Really friendly, polite and generally great customer service. We did have to wait a little long for delivery but the bed was fitted and it is perfect. The mattress is super comfy and everything works. Would definitely purchase another bed from Bensons.
