Excellent customer service and great product choice from Dave and the team!

The two members of staff who delivered our bed telephoned on the day to confirm the time of delivery. They were very respectful of our property and both removed their shoes at the front door. Would recommend highly, thank you

We were impressed with Benson for Beds from the moment we walked into the shop. The store manager, Dave was so knowledgeable and helpful and we didn’t take long to find what we were looking for. The company kept us informed by email throughout the whole process and on delivery day the driver Barry and his assistant Kelvin were so polite and courteous and did everything we would have wanted them to do. We would throughly recommend Bensons for Beds to anyone.

We were not rushed when in the shop, able to look around with no hard sale pushing.

Great service in the shop with very informative staff, communication was really good in lead up to delivery and accommodated smaller vehicle needed due to limited access.

We visited Bensons for Beds last week and, if I’m honest, we were a little apprehensive beforehand as we really didn’t want to feel pressured into a purchase. We just wanted to have a look around and have some help if and when we needed it.

From the moment we arrived, Christine was incredibly friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. She gave us the space to browse without any pressure, and it was only when we started looking at mattresses that she asked if we would like some help.

Christine was fantastic at explaining the different mattress options and helping us understand what would be best for us, without ever making us feel pressured or rushed into a decision. We also had our two young boys with us, and she was brilliant with them while we were making our choices, which made the whole experience so much easier!

We were really impressed with both the quality of the beds and, in particular, the level of customer service we received. Christine’s approach was exactly what we had hoped for — friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, without any hard sell.

A really positive experience, and a huge thank you to Christine for making what could have been a stressful decision so easy and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Bensons for Beds.

Christine the member of staff was very helpful and went over and above to help, we had everything in place and we were happy with it . Interest free credit was all arranged and this morning we received a call from the manager saying that they could not deliver to two separate locations under the finance agreement so I arranged to pay for the mattress in full only to be told that the delivery slot we needed had been closed even although it was clearly booked and agreed.
While the staff were excellent the delivery arrangements are disgraceful so I’d rather look elsewhere

Superb customer service in-store at Chester from Christine, superb customer service when having to move date of delivery back multiple times due to delay on house move and excellent delivery service and setup. Bed is of amazing quality and we couldn't be happier with it

From picking the mattress to delivery, the whole process was excellent.
The store manager dealt with my wife and I, there were no sales pressure tactics and the friendly banter was mixed with his experience in selling the products. Other members of staff were also very friendly and humorous.
The day of delivery... we were kept up to date with delivery expectation times and the delivery team were very polite.

The delivery team put up our bed excellent, we couldn’t be happier with our bed. Unfortunately, they left a few black stains on our carpet.

The drivers delivered at the scheduled time, they were polite and respectful of our property, they opened the mattresses and placed it on the base. Once they left I opened the pillows so they could breath, unfortunately the tempur pillow was saturated/ soaking wet and water stained. I rang the Chester store who had one in stock. So at my expense and time I drove to the store to exchange this £150 pillow.
