We have not yet received our new mattress but we're very impressed with the salesman Simon at the Bury store. He wasn't pushy but very helpful, friendly and informative. We went away after trying out several mattresses to check out the competition and make a decision over a coffee. Having returned to the store to place our order later in the day, we are now awaiting delivery which we trust will go just as smoothly

Bed delivery
Barry and Kelvin kept us updated on delivery and were on time. They were friendly and very helpful. When purchasing the bed the sales assistant not have been more helpful. Overall a superb experience.

Tracey at Bensons for Beds Bury was absolutely fantastic, she was very informative and knowledgeable regarding the stipulated requirements of our needs. She was very friendly throughout our visit and left us to tour the shop without feeling pressurised to buy. This is exactly what keeps people looking being over faced by staff desperate for a sale make you leave the shop and go elsewhere. Tracey was the absolute opposite so professional and in a relaxed manner she was a STAR.

Excellent, super comfy mattrass, sleeping like a baby, and beautiful steel chrome Victorian bed.
Organised and installed with almost military precision, (ironically by 2 ex servicemen), whom were quick and well organised and polite, they assembled the bed and cleared away packaging. Altogether, a great experience.

The bed was delivered on time in between the timeframe given by the driver it was assembled always products taken away and the room was left tidy and clean. Well done Bensons for Beds well done the driver and is assistance.

We Would Definitely Use Bensons Again
Lots of advice from the person who served us in the shop-so much choice to choose from. Three weeks delivery as the bed was made for our order. Given a two hour time slot and received a call from the delivery team that they could come early which was fine by me. Arrived on time and everything sorted in about half an hour. Lovely delivery team as well, pleasant and well mannered.
