Great advice on choosing what we wanted

Buying from Bensons for Beds was extremely satisfying. A great deal, quality bed annd mattress and excellent service from start to finish. Thank you Dave for the assistance in buying the, bed mattress and headboard. Thank you Baz and Andrew for the installation in the bedroom.

Everyone at Bensons from staff to delivery were knowledgeable, helpful and went above and beyond our expectations. We would happily buy from Bensons again. We love our new bed which looks great. The mattress is a joy to lie on and gives a great night sleep. The recommended pillow for side sleepers means no more shoulder pain.

We are so far happy with the bed, the mattress and the delivery was great. The only thing we were not happy about was. The salesman had told us he had given us the mattress protector and was adding in the stainguard. Definitely giving us the impression that both these items were free as a good will gesture. It was only later that we noticed that the stainguard was another £100 added. Never at any time were we told there was an extra charge for this!

First walking through the door of Bensons for beds . Sales staff were very informative and helped me pick the correct mattress for my needs with no sale pitch or rushing me , I was kept informed with updated regarding the mattress and as arranged received a call 30 mins before delivery time , the delivery guys were great very courteous and helpful 5 ***** service throughout thank you ps the mattress is a dream to sleep 🛌 on !

I'm very surprised at myself giving a five star rating as my last experience of bed buying here was not good. However, Joe listened to what we wanted (and just as importantly to what we didn't!) and spent time showing us the options available. It was very much appreciated.
This time around I felt the decision was ours and guided by Joe's expertise, we made the best choice for our needs.
The proof of the pudding will be when we actually have the bed delivered but currently I feel positive that any issues that might arise, will be resolved in the same manner we were met with on our visit.

From the moment we chose our bed to it being delivered Bensons kept us informed by text & email & even a courtesy phone call.

Joe was very helpful and explained everything in just the right amount of detail. He also then allowed us as much time as we needed to try things out for ourselves.

Once we made the decision to buy this mattress we were told when it would be delivered. We were then regularly kept informed of progress until the delivery day. We were able track delivery on the day and the driver and helper (Baz and Ben) were very efficient and courteous- in 5 minutes they had successfully delivered the new one and taken the old one away.
