Excellent service from Julia
Really great informative service from Julia at the Bicester branch. Gave us great advice about which beds to look at based on our needs and we ended up buying a bed that we may not have looked at but Julia felt was worth us trying. We didn’t feel under pressure to buy but did buy as we were very happy with the bed, price and service.

Great in-store service
So good to be able to see the bed we had seen online before purchasing - we wouldn't have gone ahead otherwise. Great experience in store, very helpful from the moment we walked in, through the whole order process.

Very helpful staff who showed us all the options and helped us come to a decision. Lots of different options at different price points. The mattress machine that showed us the different levels of firmness was great.

Excellent staff, Julia made buying my bed a great experience, got tested for what mattress would suit me best.
Ordered, and delivery went smoothly. I was kept informed on delivery process and the delivery team of Cam & Barry did a excellent job, talked me through how to look after bed, took away packaging. Very friendly and speedy.
