I bought what I thought was a sturdy wardrobe from Bensons. I also paid an additional £100 for the joiner they recommended through the Altrincham branch. It was expensive and I expected it to last at least 10 years. It is falling to bits, I have tried liaising with customer services to find a suitable solution to this issue. It is like trying to get through to a brick wall. Please don't purchase products from this company (unless you like products that fall apart with no customer support and throwing £600 down the drain. Heads up my experience. I don't have tome to write reviews but I don’t like being ripped off so will now follow the legal processes

John, Altrincham branch.
The sales advisor (John), was extremely helpful and professional, made my experience easy and fuss free. Not over selling anything or overbearing, straight to the point and 100% about myself and my wife's needs, not one for leaving reviews etc but will happily give credit where its deserved. Awaiting delivery, but am fully confident that if I require anything, I can just call the team at Altrincham and they will go that extra mile if possible.
