The assistant Claire was excellent…
The assistant Claire was excellent listened to our needs. She made us very comfortable and at no time did we feel under pressure to buy anything. My daughter needs a new mattress so I suggested she asked for Claire when she went into the show room.

mattress delivery
Mattress was delivered well in the time slot, and the 2 delivery men were very polite and helpful...put their overshoes on before taking mattress upstairs. Very happy with delivery service provided

This shop had already been recommended for the personal service and the knowledge of the staff about all the beds in their shop. This was indeed the case.
Chris was attentive and able to answer all questions.
He gave very sound advice and then gave the time needed to look around further and consider the options.

A lovely Man called Chris from Aintree Store Liverpool has gone the extra mile today to get me my Dunlopillo sent out to my home address with free delivery as online charging £39!!! What an absolute lovely guy he was. I hope Chris is recognised for not only his 10/10 Customer Service but his kindness too.
