Baking since 1983 in Oxford’s Covered Market, England and although selling quite a few more cookies than we used to, our approach to baking them hasn’t changed. Bringing 39 years of experience, each batch of dough is still lovingly mixed by hand in our kitchen just outside of Oxford. Using CHUNKS, not chips, of delicious Belgian chocolate and the finest ingredients, Ben's Cookies are individually rolled by hand and then freshly baked on-site in each of our shops all around the world.

I've visited a few of Ben's Cookies shop and ordered online and absolutely love their product. Best cookies in the world.

This review is for the online shop
This review is for the online shop. I ordered as I love Ben's but the online ones are completely different. They are flat and not gooey, almost stale. Really disappointing and overpriced. Could get the same for much cheaper at a supermarket

I wish I had checked trust pilot before. I ordered cookies which never arrived.
When I emailed to check, the person emailing was very abrupt & said my cookies were being held by the courier. They said I would have to pay to order new ones.

No help whatsoever
Just trash
Trust me don’t bother ordering cookies online
Awful experience
Awful experience. Cookies arrived 3 days later than the requested delivery date and when I complained a received an email stating that next day delivery is not guaranteed (er I know thats why I ordered then 4 days before); and the sign off message said “sorry for your incontinence” - I can only assume that this is the result of what will happen when I eat cookies that are 4 days old!!
Disappointing quality of cookies when delivered online
I absolutely love Bens Cookies, especially the coconut and oatmeal and raisins when bought in the shop fresh. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the home delivery cookies. I appreciated they were individually wrapped, however the were very dry and crumbly. Normally they are soft and moist. I wouldn’t buy online again, but I would definitely go into the shop as they are delicious.
Outstandingly good gooey goodness
Outstandingly good gooey goodness, don't mind if they aren't pro caterers. They hit the spot and more :-)
Awful service
Awful service. Ordered tin of cookies, they sent me less than was ordered. Haven't answered any emails.
Appalling service
Appalling service. Ordered 2 weeks in advance to ensure they arrived on time for someone's last day in the office, but they failed to give them to the courier and so delivery is now going to be late.
When raised as an issue with customer service the response was "don't worry they will still taste ok".
I expected much better service for a company charging premium prices.
Tried to order for a friends birthday-…
Tried to order for a friends birthday- wow was that effort! They sent tracking details but the item got “lost” (probably eaten ha) then they said they’d sent another out that day, came to find they hadn’t sent anything else out and they refunded me when I actually just wanted the items sent. So frustrating trying to deal with them. I know the cookies are great but they should just stick to their stores because they can’t deliver what they claim to offer unfortunately. They did offer me a discount on my next order but i didn’t mind paying full price if it got there so will not use again.
Phenomenal cookies
Phenomenal cookies! I buy weekly as I am totally addicted. I am always happy when I grab a Ben's Cookie! Great service in Hammersmith and Westfield White City, as always.
Heaven on earth
Heaven on earth. I have visited the Cambridge shop a few times and I would rate the cookies over rivals anyway. They are simply the best cookies on earth.
