These scammed me over 2 years ago and they’re still doing the same to everyone else, I didn’t get a single penny back as they take the money and go bankrupt!! Please avoid

The clinic and the people who run it should be put in prison for fraud.

Badgered me for payments, after I had paid £500 deposit, saying they needed more funds to order the “equipment and medicine” - I am £5,000 down and no procedure!! I have asked Terry and Joanita for my money back and they have said NO!
I am reporting them to the police, I am approaching my solicitor and contacting my bank in hope to get my money back!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Everyone here at Belvedere Clinc has been so friendly since day one.

As you are aware, operations are being carried out at other hospitals in London and surrounding areas.
This is the way most companies in Cosmetic Surgery work.

When you contracted with New You Lifestyle Ltd, you were given a substantial discount. Your procedure would have normally cost £15,000.00. On top of this, your eye surgery would have cost an extra £7,000.00.
The company honoured its agreement to carry out your procedure which was 360 liposuction and tummy tuck and would have carried out your eye surgery at a later date.
However, despite being given formal instructions, post operatively on your procedure, by your own admission, you chose to engage in certain physical activity that disrupted the sutures that kept your wounds in a safe scenario.
This resulted in you returning to the clinic to have the sutures re-sutured in order to protect your wounds from infection.

The provider, where you had your surgery, did not make any charges to you. Normally the company would have made a charge.
You then returned with similar problems on other occasions, which resulted in costing this company substantial monies.

Due to these extra substantial costs, which by far exceed the money you have paid, the company is not prepared to carry out any further work without further payment.

This company has had to pay another clinic every time you attended.
As you well know, there was good reason why your sutures became detached.
On top of this, you made libelous untrue accusations on media platforms, which, due to the libel, are actionable.
At this juncture, the company does not want to discuss the reason why your sutures became detached, but if further negative comments are made by yourself or family, then clearly the company will have to instruct its legal team to start the necessary proceedings.

I can’t even write one good thing about this money grabbing disgusting place. They do not even deserve 1 star!

They cancelled my procedure 5 times due to ‘double booking’ and the ‘lift is broken’

My procedure was meant to be 22nd may, then got moved to 6th June, then got moved to 17th June and then the end of June. They had the audacity to ring me and say I am going to have to fight for my money.

I went there, paid a £1,000 deposit via bank transfer (THEY DO NOT OWE A CARD MACHINE) I then paid the remaining balance through a dodgy link. I am over £4,000 out of pocket due to them not giving my money back.

The experience I have had from the get go has been nothing but disgusting, the stress and upset this place has caused me is vile! They need to be seriously looked at, it’s disgusting the way they treat the patients who go to the with insecurities.

They think this is okay and disgusting. When I went to my consultation I was promised my procedure would go ahead, little did I know it would be cancelled 5 times now I am out of pocket. When you pay it’s new you lifestyle limited, the reason for this is because Belvedere clinic went into serious liquidation and have not paid their depts so they make you pay via a link to this account so they can pay of their CCJ’s it’s absolutely outragious. They are known for 3 different names it’s disgusting.

I have wasted nothing but my time at this horrid place. I wouldn’t wish my worse enemy to come here!!!!! Scammers and money thieves.

The place is now up on the auction for millions of pounds …. Shows they can’t pay their depts. they have serious problems with the public and press.

Absolutely vile if you ask me, unprofessional. Money thieves and nothing but lying consultants (if you call them that!)

Please do not waste your money , they make up the prices on the spot to, originally they said £4,800 over email and when I went in person they said £5,800 so I said no I have in writing you said this price… do not have one legal thing about this place.

Please use your money and go to a decent hard working place who actually want to help you.

My experience with Belvedere Clinic has been absolutely devastating. I trusted them with something deeply personal, and instead, they took my money and never carried out the procedure I paid for. It’s now been nearly 3 years, and despite countless emails and attempts to reach them, I’ve received no response, no explanation, and certainly no refund.

What makes this even more appalling is the pattern of deceit that has become clear over time. This clinic has repeatedly gone into liquidation, only to reopen under a different name — with the same people involved, using the same manipulative tactics. They continue to take money from vulnerable individuals, knowing full well that these procedures will never take place. It’s calculated, cruel, and deeply unethical.

They know exactly what they’re doing. They present themselves as professional and caring, but behind that façade lies a scheme built on false promises and emotional manipulation. They prey on people’s insecurities and hopes, convincing them to part with their money while having no intention of delivering what was promised.

I have seen through all the fake reviews they have added on Trustpilot and other platforms — glowing comments designed to cover up the truth and deceive potential clients. These fabricated testimonials are part of their ongoing attempt to appear reputable, but the reality tells a very different story.

For anyone who doubts this, I have solid proof and evidence to support every claim I’ve made. I’ve even hired a private investigator to ensure this operation is exposed and shut down for good.

To those responsible — you should be ashamed. You are not only stealing people’s money but also exploiting their trust and vulnerability. The way you continue to manipulate and mislead innocent people is absolutely disgusting.

Belvedere Clinic, or whatever name you choose to hide behind next, you will not get away with this. I will continue to fight until justice is done and you are stopped from harming anyone else ever again.

Trust pilot need to check the good reviews Belvedere clinic went into liquidation not performing surgery and not refunding thousands to over 50 people so if you claim you had surgery I'm sure you've been payed for a fake review. When trust pilot flags this review I'll send documentation to show this company is a scam and dangerous. They take your money and then open other companies in different names. This review is to help you make a safe choice not loose your money as they should be prosecuted.

Lots of smoke and mirrors with this company as they’ll do anything to cover their actions.

Overall rating is INADEQUATE including for SAFETY. Let that sink in…..

You’ve been warned and take heed of the one star reviews; there’s a very common theme going back years!!

After winning in court back in 2022 due to these vile so called human beings taking £6500 of my money back in Jan 2021 for a surgery they didn’t complete due to a suspension notice by the CQC and never being paid back even though the court ordered them too. I’ve left it since 2022 as I knew I wouldn’t get the money back, I’ve decided enough is enough and I will be coming after these people again. (Joanita & Terrance). It’s been nearly 5 YEARS since they stole my money and I cannot believe seeing peoples reviews after reviews, that they’re still doing it. Myself and my mum made it so public that countless of women ended up coming forward (in the hundreds) and even a documentary on the one show was published about them. Enough is enough these “people” will not get away with this anymore. After lie after lie they tell and even putting lives in danger for performing terrible surgeries. I’ve just read the latest CQC report from this month and I just cannot believe what they are still doing, well actually I can. I accepted not getting my money and I was more happy seeing these people worried because of the action we were taking against them. But what I will not accept is them still doing to countless women who have worked hard for their money. I suggest The Belvedere clinic / cosmetic surgery London / Harley street group get a good rest over the next few days as it will be all starting again from me :).

Reply to the clinic after there rather bizarre and untrue comments to my post. - Number one, stop with the obsession over my mum and don’t ever post her name again … you should know better as you always try to get my post remove when I mention yours … TERRANCE/TERRY. ‘This women Davis”you refer me too is always one step ahead of you and that’s why you have a complete meltdown everytime I post because you are full of SO many lies. I won in court because you make up pathetic lies that hundreds even thousands are now starting to see. I actually now find it laughable at how desperate you are! you can keep my £6500 because what will end up coming out about you and your “clinic” will be far more enjoyable than that money.

Please DO NOT go anywhere near this clinic. Numerous people have had money taken from them and not received their surgery. Also please read their latest CQC report; Those that didn't get their surgery may well have had a very lucky escape. It beggars belief that in todays climate ‘hospitals’ like this are even allowed to exist, let alone perform major surgeries. Man, research previous owners of the company, known under various other before filing for liquidation, google them and the previous owner (whos name had to be removed from here) on Companies House! Robbing scum

1st thing SCAM SCAM!!!!! BEWARE!!!! so this was I would say 4 years ago I paid for my daughter to get her chest done and I worked very hard to save this for her. We went to the consultation discussed everything and then paid by bank transfer was given receipts etc. When she was due to go for her pre op this was cancelled as the "surgeon was sick " 2 days after I recieve a letter telling me the company had gone into liquardadtion and that I had lost me money. I was so angry and so upset. A year went by I phoned the company and made out I wanted to book an appointment and they was still making out they was trading and still to this day taking people's money. PLEASE PLEASE DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I have since got my daughters chest done by enhanced in Hammersmith absolutely fantastic they was so good and everything has healed lovely.

I visited the clinic early this year and was offered a really good price if I paid a £1000 to secure the price. After losing the weight I needed to I went back to arrange my surgery. I met with the surgeon again and red flags started to be raised when they didn't have my notes for the consultation and my husband had to prompt the chaperone to go and get them. I discussed my needs with the surgeon and was happy with the discussion and procedures I wanted. We then met with Terry who explained that I had to pay for the surgery ahead of our date. He then explained that we couldn't pay by credit card as the company had been scammed and we needed to do a bank transfer but not to do the whole amount at once as the banks don't like that. He asked when we would be paying and we said as soon as we had the new revised price. To cut a long story short they kept asking me to pay but I hadn't received a new invoice and we had to keep asking for the new paperwork. Which started to concern us. Finally we received the new price and my husband tried to pay by bank transfer. The bank contacted him and said that this would be at our risk and that the company hadnt been in business very long which should be a worry to us. I was confused about that as I have known the clinic to be there for many years and that was one of the reasons for me picking them. We started to investigate the company and saw many red flags which worried us about the safety of our money. We went back to the clinic and discussed our worries with Terry and that we were happy to still go ahead and would pay on the day after the surgery was completed. He said that wasn't possible as he had to buy medication for the operation and for that reason they needed the money up front. I explained that the bank had told us of the risks and we were loathe to put, what is a huge amount of money to us at risk. Terry was very abrupt to us but said could be pay 50% up front, again we declined as this was still a large amount of money and they already had 1k of our money since March which showed good faith by us. He said for us to think it over and we left. On contacting the clinic to say we would not be going ahead with the surgery Terry said that the consultant appointments would need to be paid for and that once they had worked out how much that was we would receive a refund. Well as you can guess I am still a thousand pounds down. When we try and ring the clinic the calls do not connect (but they do if we ring from a different phone). I am heartbroken to say the least. I have waited many years to get to this position of being ready and able to have the surgery and now having lost £1000 I cannot afford to have it done.

This company is just scamming money out of so many people, it’s amazing they are still even advertising their services…
I am one of a huge number of people who trusted this clinic with major surgery only to be messed about on numerous occasions, different surgeons, changing surgery days then cancelling by email less that 24 hours before actual surgery.
Then radio silence.
Then a letter informing me that the company had gone into liquidation so bye bye £6500…
Not funny.
Then to find out that you’re not the only one this has happened too, it just makes me feel sick…
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they will lure you in with I’m assuming ‘fake’ doctors and staff then take your money then cancel your procedure…

I would like to start with how amazing the team have been at the belvedere. I was sceptical because of all the bad reviews I see. I had my surgery on the 11th September at one of there other clinics because there main clinic was undergoing renovation's, I am so happy with the outcome and the after care from the clinic have been outstanding.

AVOID THIS SCAM CLINIC! I would strongly advise everyone to do a deep search about this clinic; they have been scamming clients for a very long time, changing the name they trade under. There are a lot of clients that have paid in full for surgery and never had their procedures carried out. Booking bargain price surgery, requesting payment by bank transfer to secure the price of the surgery (making it extremely difficult to get money back), taking the money and cancelling the surgery at very short notice with a multitude of excuses. Ignored emails and phone communications in run up to surgery date, and prior to that their communications and organisation was terrible, as is the state of the outside of the clinic, no professionalism whatsoever. It also seems the clinic up for auction. Just want to warn others, that if they are still offering consultations then steer clear at all costs.

Brilliant customer service and support. My surgery got cancelled on the 4th due to equipment not working properly. And I must say the staff have reassured me and gave me great support. Don’t always take the bad reviews as one.. I can honestly say they have been a delight. I’m still waiting on a date to be confirmed due to my own commitments. But Looking forward to having my surgery done.
