Greenwich branch is horrendous! The surround sound is ridiculous! If it isn’t football it is awful aggressive and loud music! Like being in a teenager’s room! When you ask to turn it down they say yes but don’t! Can’t hear yourself think or enjoy the company!

We are here in Shepherd’s Bush for a spice bag and the service we received from Avataram was amazing , such a polite and friendly guy took the time to chat as well as delivering great service.

Used to love coming to Belushi’s to watch the Formula 1 as it was such a fab experience. Was super excited to come back for the new season, but really disappointed that they refused to play the sound. The commentary is such a big part of the sport and excitement and something you would expect to get in a sports bar! Got bored and left after half an hour. Probably won’t be going back for the next races. Gutted.

Do not recommend this place!

This is not a place to watch sports. Its more like a disco. They wouldnt turn on the sound on the television and played bad music really, really loud!

The waiters were nice, but really dissapointing to visit a sportsbar that doesnt want to turn on the sound on the television!

Do not go here to watch sports!

Absolutely delicious food from this new pizza and kebab shop would recommend as the 1st stop on Mansfield rd
All the kebab and chips tasted so fresh.

I booked at Belushis Hammersmith. I found bedbugs in my bed and they did not offer meanother bed in any room. I checked out immediately and they still did not pay my £140 despite they promised it and also the booking was refundable.
Be aware. This is a thief english company!

I tried to order a drink but was deemed too drunk (due to being legally unable to see). My eyes do not work together and do not look “sober” (according to belushis) due to a birth condition but even after explaining this I was not allowed in. My friends (who were deemed sober enough) tried to tell them about my condition which did not matter. I would not recommend coming here if you are disabled, and I would not recommend it if you care about disabled people.

Absolutely appalling service, booked a table for half 5 on Friday, paid a £20 deposit, arrived on time, went into the bar, no tables reserved, no one greeted us as we came in, stood by the door for 3 minutes then a security guard asked if we were ok, told them we had a table they told us to go to the bar. Went to the bar, got ignored for 5 mins, then eventually got a lady who was getting food out of the lift, she looked around and said just sit there, order at the bar, then we will bring food over. At ten past 6 no sign of our food, went over to ask to be told by a young male member there had been a "f*** up" but won't be more than ten or 15 at 6:32 we had had enough and asked for a refund. To be told they didn't have access. At 6:37 the manager turned up and the member of staff gave us out money in cash after paying on a card, as soon as the money was in our hands our food came out of the lift. Awful place will NOT be going back

Initially booked , not under my name . 7 seating for a table £40 each. Confirmed and then later told can't be accommodated for 28/05. Transfer to London Bridge which was accepted

London Bridge
Sat at our table around 7.20pm and I ordered my food.
Other members of our group turned up and ordered.
Their food arrived. Mine did not , did ask the waitress, said it was coming. Still nothing after around 20mins .
Spoke to the person who took the order said she would chase , nothing happened. After food was delivered on our table again for another one in our party , I asked the waitress where's my order, this time she brought over a female manager and I explained, she said will sort it out , nothing happened . I'm becoming really angry, bearing in mind I'm a stroke survivor and on sick leave receiving benefits.
Nothing happened, this time I went back to the bar to speak to original bar person, I ended speaking to a male manager who said he would reorder the food , I had no apology and I ended up apologising to them for chasing continually.
Finally the food arrived at around 9.15pm . The Noah ark burger . The chicken burger completely saturated in hot oil , way too hot , the beef burger was fine . Off course we did spend extra on drinks, an amount of over £250 spent by our table for a terrible night, lessons need to learnt .

As for the food, I have nothing bad to say, it's fantastic, but the attention of some people at the bar is terrible. You have not finished receiving the order and they already come to charge you at the table like a criminal. I don't understand pressure if they need an immediate payment then don't offer waiter service.

We went here last night and I have some things to say about it. The positives - door staff were really friendly and professional. The girl with an undercut and tattoos was also very friendly. The negatives is that there is no organisation of the bar order system. We were stood at one end of the bar for a good 40 minutes. When my friend had her order taken she asked for 2 pina coladas on the 241 deal. Some reason the guy behind the bar charged her for the drink X4 not including the 241 discount but only made her 2 drinks? I still don’t get how he worked that out. We only knew that because he short changed her. When we kept asking how they worked that out he and the person wearing a baseball cap backwards were brushing it off like “yeah he gave you the right change” and kept walking away when we were talking to them. Apparently it was because she didn’t show her student card but that still doesn’t explain why he charged her for 4 drinks and only gave her 2? In the end he made another 2 drinks instead of issuing a refund. He was also apparently the manager but he was so unprofessional along with the other bar member who was acting like we were being ridiculous. The girl I mentioned actually was the reason it was kinda sorted out otherwise they probably would’ve just ignored us until we just gave up. That’s the reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. And the fact their drinks are very reasonable but I guess that’s only if they don’t charge you 4 times than what you ordered then gaslight you into thinking you’re wrong and unreasonable.

Absolutely terrible customer service, and services poor too

I would have given zero star if that was possible. Customer service was very poor, reserved a table with 7 of my friends to see the AJ fight on the 25th of September. Arrived at about a few mins past 9 and tried to order food. They told us we could order later only for us to be told that Kitchen had closed. Bear in mind our reservation was clearly stated that it was from 9-2am. Asked for a refund for the food but the manager on that night was extremely rude, unapproachable and wouldn’t even listen to our complaints. All she did was offer us more alcohol on an empty stomach. Saying that’s the best she could do. Who does that !! Stay away from this place.

Reserved a table to watch the Aj fight last weekend along with my mates. After paying for drinks and food, from 9am to 2am. We tried to order food at 10:30 and was told kitchen was closed. We were offered more drinks instead of giving us all some refund. Who drinks into an empty stomach??
Not very nice customer service and the lady we raised our concerns with earlier seem very rude despite all of us trying to be calm.
I won’t recommend or even visit there anymore.

Really good night out plus really good staff especially George, mollie and basit absolute legends definitely coming back!!!!!!!!!

Went to see a friends gig, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Smiles all round and super busy. Had an issue with ordering some drinks through the app but it was dealt with swiftly. Great vibe to and I'll be going back soon

London Bridge Belushis is a fantastic place to watch sport, great burgers, served Covid secure !

Ordered once. forgot my wing dips and was told this doesn't count as part of the meal so nothing they would do about it. ruined my Saturday night wing fest. Your loss
