Ordered the grab bar,bungees and jump mat to update the bellicon of 10+ years. Love it more bounce and the bar gives stability.

Worth every penny!
I ordered the largest size with foldable legs which I love. Delivery was fast. Set up fairly easy. I’m 69 year old female and did it on my own. I got the medium bounce and extra coverage of the bungee cord.
I absolutely love it! Best money I’ve ever spent and use it a minimum of 15 to 20 mins everyday. The larger size gives me confidence that I don’t need to concentrate on stepping off. I just put on loud hip hop or even country music and go where ever it takes me! I like that the bounce is so easy and not “lumbering work” like on my cheap $80 version from Target. Difference of night and day!
I also use stretch bands to work my arms in every direction and is really keeping them toned.
So glad I finally splurged on this cream of the crop rebounder. The bounce is easy, smooth and quiet.
LOVE IT! Would highly recommend.

I love it!
I’ve had my Bellicon for a couple weeks now. So far, so good. Loving it! I will say the set-up process was not fun and not as easy as it looks in the video (but I’m also a bit out of shape). Rebounding is fun and something I’ll be sticking with! This is my first rebounder so I can’t compare it to any others, but the quality is great and I’m glad I went with the folding legs.

The experience of a Bellicon
I bought a bellicon many years ago. I used it daily. Then life happened and for several years I didn’t use it. I’m older now and rediscovered the wonderful experience of rebounding again. My balance wasn’t what it used to be. After only a few weeks my balance is great! I feel better. Its low impact and reduces strain on my joints. I appreciate the quality of a Bellicon!

I really had a hard time with getting my order. I was trying to use a purchase order through our school system. FIrst customer service said they didn't know anything about using a purchase order. Then when I finally got someone who knew about using a purchase order it took over a month to get the order processed and shipped.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your much valued feedback. We regret that the order process was not as smooth as we would expect for this particular order. As you are a valued long time customer, we hope to clarify what has changed in order to ensure future orders go smoothly again.
In regards to the first agent you spoke with being unfamiliar with purchase orders, we do apologize as this was a new agent and you are the only customer we have who orders via a purchase order, so they were unaware.
In the past we would manually create your orders, but we have updated our system in which we now send invoices to the buyer. We received your purchase order request on January 22nd and an invoice was sent on January 23rd, which has a button to complete the order. Unfortunately, the order was not completed by your accounting team. On February 24th our financing department received a check in the mail, but as the order was never completed via the invoice email, there was no order to match it to.
Once we understood what had occurred in this instance, we manually completed the order via the invoice email on your behalf. We also sent an email explaining what had happened and how to complete an order properly next time.
Moving forward, when you receive an invoice from us, please click the 'complete order' button and choose one of the available payment methods. This will process your order immediately in real time without delay. Unfortunately payment by check slows down the order process and has in the interim been discontinued as a payment option.
We hope this clears thing up and we regret that the change to how orders are created and executed caused a delay in this instance, but assure you future orders will go as smoothly as you are accustomed to.
There were so many things wrong with my…
There were so many things wrong with my experience, the belicon got to me super late being that the delivery company did not read my instructions that clearly said “back house”. A neighbor eventually brought to my house and it was missing a screw and also had a small whole on the mat. For the price i paid i expected it in perfect condition “new” and also delivered to my house directly! Just heard so my great things about belicon but i didn't even get a chance to jump on it because of all this. I dropped it off for a refund and i have not received anything as to my refund of over $800 !! I dont know what to think and feel like i will have to call the company and see what is happening! So far i feel like there is something missing with the customer service part of it also. No one has called or emailed me or anything at all!!

We’re sorry that your experience was less than optimal, please know that is not our intention when providing our product or services. We strive to provide the highest quality products and service, but unfortunately sometimes we miss the mark, and for this we do apologize.
We would have been happy to provide a replacement for any missing screws or parts and we offer exchanges for items damaged in transit such as your mat. If this would be your wish, we would have been more than happy to arrange this. Since you preferred to return the order for a full refund, regrettable as it is, we understand and will accommodate this request. We did indicate in 3 of our correspondences that it takes a few days for the warehouse to process and refund returns. Please know at the time of this review, it had only been two business days. As indicated in our correspondences, you will receive a refund notification once processed, which has happened in the interim.
Lastly, while we can understand how frustrating it must have been that the order was not delivered to your door despite the delivery note being on the address, we are unfortunately unable to take responsibility for the failings of FedEx. Our records indicate that the order was placed on March 17th and delivered by FedEx on March 19th, which does not constitute any delay at all with only one business day of processing.

Very sturdy and well built
Very sturdy and well built. I am 69 and female and I had no difficulty putting the bungees on the frame. I am enjoying exercising on the bellicon rebounder!

Bellicon 44" Pro Trampoline
Our 44" Pro arrived quickly, considering it came from Germany. It was packed very well and it was easy to put together. It is so much more quiet than our Newan trampoline and is very sturdy. It's not fair to compare the two, since I think we only paid around $80 for the Newan and the Chinese model has tighter bands and is only 39" so it is a very different jumping experience. We really like our Bellicon and like not having to take winter walks in Montana when the road it covered with ice or wet
