ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.
I purchased an item, never received shipping notification or tracking etc. Lucky I paid through Paypal. I lodged a dispute.
All of a sudden my item was "lost in transit" and they had reshipped. Ok - the package arrived and it was the totally wrong item, like I wasn't going to notice it was completely different from what I ordered? I changed my paypal dispute to reflect they had sent the wrong item. Offered me a full refund as long as I return the item but won't send a shipping label therefore costing me more money for a product I didn't order. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I tried to resolve this without getting paypal involved but they wouldn't respond to attempts of contact from me, however miraculously could respond to Paypal. Absolute scamming scumbags.
