THIS is a Cheap, Nasty, Cheesy excuse of a beauty experience!!!
Take May 2023's box for example...
1st they send an email stating that the Bella-box Recipient would receive 1 FULL Sized product with some samples.
A little further down the email, it ALSO SAYS you will receive "either" a 2nd Full Sized product (a Chalmers Dale Jojoba cleansing bar) OR only 1 of several Other TINY Samples...AS IF 1 Teeny Tiny Sample makes up for 1 FULL Sized Product...Not Likely Huney!!!
Well...You Guessed It....99% of BellBox Users...got 1 FULL SIZED PRODUCT, & a handful of teeny tiny samples...Woo Hoo...bargain...NOT!!!!!!

Ladies...Do YOURSELVES a Favour...go to EBAY...and get their "mystery make-up box" for $10, $20, or higher demonination boxes!!
Yes...you DO have to Pay $5 postage...but I GUARANTEE...the $20 Mystery Makeup box....is 4 TIMES the Value of ANY Bellabox!!! And they have 1000+ Positive/5 star reviews for it too!

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with, somehow the box being lost is my responsibility? and due to it 'already being shipped' I can't get a replacement or a refund even though it was never received and I was told by the courier company it was sent back to them due to them writing an incorrect address! Please don't waste your money on them

Sign for bellabox in Oct. Got charged for October then November ( this company is only fast to charge your card) now its end of November and its no sign of boxes. Had to make numerous calls to courier company they deal with (which has very poor ratings) with days of going back and forth i didn't achieve anything. Only abuse by the courier. Contacted bella box which is not the easiest task to get hold of by thd way :( they have poor response times, useless answers which doesn't make sense and promises which never came true. Now its almost end of November and I still haven't seen my October or November boxes and they won't do the refund as they say it has been sent.
It is other companies there who treat they customers with respect and if they stuff up they will owner it and do everything to fix it and nake it up for you. Don't fall after poor and careful bellabox scam

I signed up on August 27th, and then got charged again on September 1st, meaning on will get two boxes mid September. When I contacted the company, they were not understanding at all that I didn’t need two boxes and were totally unwilling to help, I have never dealt with a company with such bad customer service, including from their manager

I received a 3 month subscription as a gift, I am on box 2 of 3 and so far very very disappointed. They advertise their best boxes on the website, but when you receive is cheap non ethical junk.

I had really high hopes, especially with the 'beauty profile' that you create upon registering, which takes some time and thought to complete all the questions, so one would assume that profile would be used as a bit of a guide when building the boxes... it is 100% not.

This months box, a product leaked all through the box, thankfully it was all junk and I threw it all away, bar the hand sanitizer and there was a mini highlight power that I have kept for now to try it out. (Last month I didn't keep anything either, there was a lip liner and eye liner duo that I was excited about, but it was such poor quality and somehow within half an hour of application, the eyeliner was under my eyes - never had that happen before, and the lip liner bled - also never had that before, or since actually using trusted brands).

I'm actually annoyed that I have to endure a third box of disappointment hahaha, and sad that my friend wasted her money (as sweet and thoughtful as the gift idea was, and I am very appreciative of my heavily pregnant friends thought and effort)

I utilized the coupon code to start my subscription giving me a discount. I did not receive my first box because the system did not understand my address, I received an email from a bellabox employee asking to confirm my address that had many other customers email addresses shared!!! The bcc should have been used to keep our email addresses private instead of sharing them openly! I still didnt receive a box and continued on being charged even though I didnt receive the box so when I raised it with customer support not only did it take lots of arguing and convincing they refunded the discounted amount so essentially I was conned into signing up again but not given the discount and not treated fairly in dealing with it. I would rather use a better company.

I was really disappointed to open my first box and find a brand like Pantene included, who are known to test on animals. I didn't double-check the quality of Bellabox products but I won't be ordering again because I don't want to receive brands I'd refuse to buy in the shops.

Excellent!! I get to sample 5 plus products every month. What more I can ask for?

for $19.95 AUD I get samples from luxe brands like Kora, Innisfree, ModelCo, Coach, La Roche, etc. I am a new mom and i barely buy something for myself at this time so it's good that it's auto debit and delivered to me monthly like a gift for me. I love it!

I like the mix of items I get in each of my monthly boxes - there have been lots of one item every now and again (like different brands, but lots of one type of product), but other than that I've used pretty much everything I get and I love that i get to try the samples before committing loads of money to expensive brands! Helps me make more informed consumer choices and try things I may not normally try. Thanks BellaBox!
