Je suis extrêmement déçue par mon expérience avec Bella Barnett.
Après avoir passé commande, j'ai reçu une notification indiquant que mon colis avait été livré. Le transporteur a même fourni une vidéo comme preuve de livraison. Pourtant, le colis n'a jamais été déposé dans ma boîte aux lettres et je ne l'ai jamais reçu.
Ce qui est particulièrement préoccupant, c'est qu'une simple vidéo est présentée comme une preuve suffisante, alors qu'elle ne démontre pas que le colis a été remis au bon destinataire ni déposé à la bonne adresse. En tant que cliente, je m'attendais à ce que Bella Barnett mène une véritable enquête et assume ses responsabilités au lieu de s'appuyer uniquement sur les affirmations du transporteur.
J'ai dû consacrer beaucoup de temps à effectuer des démarches, contacter le service client, ouvrir un litige et rechercher moi-même des solutions pour un problème dont je ne suis pas responsable.
Au-delà de la perte de temps et du stress engendrés, cette expérience soulève de sérieuses questions sur le choix et le suivi des partenaires de livraison de Bella Barnett. Une entreprise qui vend à l'international devrait s'assurer que ses transporteurs respectent des standards élevés de fiabilité et de traçabilité.
Je ne remets pas en cause la qualité potentielle des produits, mais la gestion de cette livraison a été très décevante. J'espère sincèrement que Bella Barnett prendra les mesures nécessaires pour éviter que d'autres clients ne se retrouvent dans la même situation.
Malheureusement, cette expérience ne me donne pas confiance pour effectuer une nouvelle commande.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Bella Barnett.
My order was marked as delivered by your delivery partner, GOFO France, even though I never received the package. The carrier provided a video as so-called proof of delivery, but the parcel was never placed in my mailbox and never reached me.
What is most concerning is that Bella Barnett appears willing to accept such weak evidence without conducting a proper investigation. A video does not prove that a package was delivered to the correct recipient or the correct address. Customers deserve better protection and accountability.
As a result of this failed delivery, I had to spend considerable time contacting customer service, gathering evidence, filing complaints, and opening a dispute with my bank. This was an exhausting and stressful process caused by the negligence of a delivery partner chosen by Bella Barnett.
The quality of a company is measured not only by its products but also by how it handles problems when they occur. In my case, both the delivery service provided by GOFO France and the overall customer experience were unacceptable.
I strongly encourage Bella Barnett to review its partnership with GOFO France and implement stricter delivery verification procedures. No customer should have to fight to prove that a package marked as “delivered” was never actually received.
Unfortunately, this experience has completely undermined my trust in Bella Barnett, and I cannot recommend purchasing from the company based on the way this situation was handled.

I received my wedding dress
I received my wedding dress, but unfortunately it was too small, so I needed to exchange it for a larger size. I contacted Bella Barnett by email, and my enquiry about the sizing and return process was answered almost immediately.
To my surprise, they offered me a gift card to purchase the correct size and told me I didn't need to return the original dress. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the whole experience completely stress-free.
The customer service was truly exceptional, and I couldn't be happier with how everything was handled. I look forward to purchasing more dresses and jewellery from Bella Barnett in the future.
