An efficient service with a beautiful product. Lovely packaging too. Keepsakes for our sons to remember their grandad

I first used bella and bow 5 years ago so when I needed more fingerprint charms I knew who to turn to. I ordered 3 heart charms and although there was a delay they were worth waiting for I then ordered a star charm that has just arrived and I am absolutely delighted with the end product. I changed my mind about the engraving and it was no problem to them. The customer service is excellent and I would certainly recommend bella and bow to everyone

I ordered a dog tag from Bella and Bow after the passing of my guide dog. I spent a why looking for the right thing as it was something I wanted to wear. Being blind this was a tedious task but when I found this site I knew it was the right site and they and found exactly what I was looking for.

Christmas delayed things slightly but that never bothered me and when I received an email yesterday with tracking information. The dog tags arrived today and I was blown away with the quality.

I would recommend this company for anyone who is going through loss, looking for a keepsake allowing you to remember loved ones in that special way

I bought four lockets from B&B. Arrived swiftly, lockets and engraving were beautiful. I damaged two inserts trying to put back in after inserting photos and contacted B&B. They sent me four replacements free of charge. Communication was excellent as was their customer service. Fully recommend this company.
