I would not recommend buying their products from their website directly unless you want to risk them pocketing your money. Very bad customer service! I received my shipment Friday April 11, 2025. I checked my order for any missing or difected items as usual with any of my orders. I ordered a few things (matcha teas, Probiotics Iced Lemonade, a full size iced coffee and 2 mini iced coffees. I opened all my products to see if they were in tact. Only the 2 mini iced coffees had clumbs in them. I pinched the clumps to see if they dissolve but both coffees were hard as pebbles. I emailed customer service and sent pictures as soon as I opened my package and saw the clumps in both my mini coffees and also talked to one of the receptionist over the phone. I explained to her what the issue was and did let her know it wasn't the first time I ordered their product and that I have some friends who also order the same product and never did we have that issue with our iced coffee having clumps. She asked me if I tried pinching the clumps to dissolve them. Which I did tell her I did but that didn't help still hard as pebbles. She then told me I could heat until it boils to dissolve the clumps and have it hot. I was upset. I ordered iced coffee for a reason. I don't drink hot coffee around these season too hot to drink where I'm from plus I don't have time to heat and prepare it. I work and need to be out my house on time. She wants me to boil it, really? On the directions it says nothing about boiling or heating the water. I did ask her out of frustration "What if that doesn't help?" She told me to send them a video when I'm boiling the coffee so they can see. Like, seriously. They did nothing to resolve the issue and kept my money. Last time I will order from them. I wish we had an option to upload images here to provide the pictures I sent them and their reply.
