Lack of communication
Next day delivery took 3 days no communication from either Beldray or the delivery company. My delivery was left on my front door step - I live on a main road! I was away when the item was delivered, thankfully it was taken in by my neighbour

Compact, light and nice heater - a real bargain!
I needed a small and compact convector heater that I could switch power levels as well as control via a thermostat. I needed the power levels as the power options at the location was restricted and their heater (code: EH3334) was just the job. Initally I had a small issue ordering but the support staff were quickly on that and sorted it.
Item arrived promptly, well packed and looks great. Easy to assemble (just two feet to screw on) and has a decent power cord length, Heat is pretty much instant (unlike the oil rad it's replacing) so pleased with that and it's much lighter too, so easy to move around.
At under £20 (with the introductory discount) and free delivery, this is a true bargain!

I was sceptical at first as i have not heard about this hoover brand before ,i am so impressed ,i have wasted money on top brands like Blade hoover , when my shark finally broke down i looked around online and found amazing review about Beldray ,the best choice and best hoover i ever used ,so light weight and sleek ,not heavy at all ,suction is out of this world .... i am team beldray all the way

I purchased a Beldray 2 in 1 from…
I purchased a Beldray 2 in 1 from Amazon in January, it was quite flimsy but strong suction, the two lugs snapped off when pushing it now the handle won’t fit properly, Ive contacted Beldray 3 times via the website and had no response, Amazon won’t help either as it’s 4 months old. Live chat doesn’t work and 3 messages sent but no reply to them !
Why not just have a customer service email address for faulty items ?

I bought a steam cleaner 14 in 1 from Beldray. That will be about 2 years of membership. I live in the Netherlands and needed a part to work with the steam cleaner, but unfortunately I couldn't get it ordered anywhere in the Netherlands. To my great relief, the Beldray company offered me a solution that I could not believe. They sent me the part I needed 2 times. And that too for free. Beldray products and customer care team top notch!
Id purchased a cordless vacuum and accidentally dropped the filter cone and filter into the bin. Before I realised, it was too late. I couldn’t find the replacement part on the Beldray website so contacted their customer service department via email. I was not expecting it to be a positive interaction as I’ve had such negative ones with company’s in the past. However, their team were extremely helpful, and sourced the parts and sent them out free of charge. I received the items within 24 hours. I couldn’t believe how wonderful their care team were and what a pleasant experience it was.
I’ve used Beldray vacuums for over a decade, and knowing what a customer focused company they are, will continue to do so for many more years to come.
