I’ve tried to place two orders with behemoth labz. The first order eventually shipped out, I really like the packaging, etc.
The second order has been a nightmare. A 25% discount was offered, but that was really to cover shipping and handling charge on $30 worth of stuff, basically no discount. When I asked about how to take the charge off I was told there was an option to do that. But there really wasn’t. I’ve went back-and-forth and customer service and days passed with no response, now in day six. Simple little request to remove the handling fee and give me back My discount were ignored. Phone calls messages left not responded to. I don’t think they actually are in this country. They just have a phone number because they use Google voice to take the call. Bottom line, really zero customer service and late shipping make this place questionable in the future, even though it’s been around for a long time.

Fast and easy checkout. any questions i have about anything on this site is quickly answered using their customer service. all details about research items are available! overall great website and products.

Very slow shipping, customer service ignores emails, product has no effect and I am suspicious the pills have no active ingredient.

I had ordered from them in the past on one occasion, and they fulfilled my order fine, had in in about a week. However a recent order I placed back on Nov 29th, and was told the order would ship in 14 business days. Here we are now on December 24th on the 18th business day and I still don't have a working tracking number, and their customer service email team is just saying in their 5th email "we apologize for the delay" and "we will follow up" and "we will let you know".... I have every reason to be concerned I may not see my product and that my money's been stolen at this point.
I just want the order I placed as any customer should fairly expect.

Fraud! I was provided a fraudulent tracking number and have since received no response what so ever. My package (which I didn’t know was fraudulent at the time) was idle for over a month. During this time, I called and emailed with no response. After a month, I finally received an update only to find out the tracking number they provided me was for a different person, address and from a separate merchant- all verified with USPS investigation inspector.
I have still not heard back about their attempt in making this right. I do not recommend to anyone!

Website is easy to navigate. Everything I've gotten so far arrived quickly and as described. I've had no problems with this company whatsoever. Customer service is good too. They resolved an issue I had pretty quickly.

So I am leaving another review. I have given Behemoth Labz every opportunity to fix the problem with my last order. It's been 30 days since I originally reached out about an item with a damaged dropper. I have probably sent half a dozen emails since the original one. They have ignored my every attempt. This is after I placed a few previous orders and spent several hundred dollars!
This is no way to treat a customer. I don't recommend anyone use this company.

Plenty of options for whatever you need. Shipping was on time no problems. I will definitely be continuing all my needs with behemoth labs.

My MK-677 was fine and came with a clear COA. Shipping was slower than I expected, and tracking updates were limited. The support team was helpful, but took some time to respond.

I like the accurate product descriptions and COAs on the website. The customer support team is really helpful. Slight delay in delivery.

After many emails back and forth with support, I still have not received my 3 orders that I should have received. I do want to give Behemoth Labz a second chance as far as being a loyal customer however I need them to restore their credibility in me in order to do that.

Support says that upper management is reviewing those orders however it is strange that I did get the best service prior to these 3 orders.

Well, I’ll start from the beginning and make this short. My product was open. I opened the box the moment I got it delivered to my house. The seal was broken from the product. I contacted BehemothLabs via email and received immediate response about this situation. I was told that they would get back to me to resolve the situation. They never did it. It’s been well over three weeks now. Still waiting for Cindy to contact me or HR someone with professional professionalism. Wanted to order more. I was very excited. Not so much anymore. Still emailing them to this day.

Fast shipping times, product quality, communication regarding my order was prompt and accurate.

Positive experiences

I've only several times from BM, with zero issues each time. The payment with Venmo can be delayed sometimes depending on what time I ordered, and there are a few annoying but understandable steps needed to verify orders - other than that everything is flawless and as promised. High quality products and great customer service.

I had purchased insurance at checkout. The package arrived in my country, everything was fine. It went through customs and was released. Then the package still didn’t arrive after 5 days (the maximum delivery time). It was lost on the way. I contacted the postal service: they told me to reach out to the sender because they have no way to track USPS First Class packages : they don’t have the logistics to run the scans. Blabz should know this, it’s their job. Insurance was taken, but when it comes to taking responsibility, nothing works. I called customer service: they told me I just have to wait and that they are “closely monitoring” it (I don’t know how, since the post office says there is no way to track it). It’s been a month and still nothing. They have my money and seem to want to keep it. Avoid.

For over two years now, BL has been my go to! Never had an issue!

I spent 500$, waited over a month. No product, the behemoth customer support is beyond unhelpful. They ship through global post who's incredibly unreliable, they lost BOTH orders Behemoth ALLEGEDLY sent them because again, I've seen no product and after dealing with their customer support, I know for a fact they opperate in bad faith. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They will scam you and refuse to refund you, leaving all the blame with their faulty shipping service. They're lucky I'm not a wealthy man because I'd sue the sh*t out of them.

At the time they wouldn't take Debit and it was annoying to pay, but for the item in question it was justifiable
