Not trust worthy AT ALL. They will charge you for a "diagnostics" and after just 30 minutes claim they have found the problem and I'm sure they didn't even look at the car. Ignore your phone calls and not ever call back.
They are good at sounding genuine when really it's all an act.
BEWARE: They bill for original parts and just order ebay stuff. They also created costly faults.
*** AVOID AT ALL COSTS ***. A gearbox oil leak was identified by a VW dealer shortly after purchase but was dismissed by Beetlemania as a clutch cylinder leak. It was confirmed by another garage when the car failed it's MOT. Eventually, after a number of emails, was dismissed again as the clutch cylinder. The gearbox now needs replacing and will cost £4,000.
