Alleged phycological harm due to false…

Alleged phycological harm due to false narrative reverted back to seemingly provoke aggressive behaviour as opposed to any professionalism whatsoever. Do not recommend.

Even with a Legal Ombudsman Verdict…

Even with a Legal Ombudsman Verdict concluding poor service by the Solicitor they refused my application. They are only interested in making BIG MONEY, a complete waste of time, they even misunderstood my claim, I guess they were so busy they decided not to read my email. STAY AWAY>

All claims information are fully considered before a response is provided. If the information is clear we will assess on that information. However please note, the decision by the Legal Ombudsman is not the same as a negligence claim. Value can also sometimes be a deciding factor because the courts restrict the recovery of legal costs on claims of low value.

Didn't help much

Didn't help much. I have been told that they take claims up to 10k . My claim was nearly 20k. They said its not worth to take that claim as they will loose more. No professional explanation other than they might loose more. Very strange advise.

Sarah was very patient and compassionate.
Explanations are detailed, and written outcomes show that they really listened, which is so respectful.
I would definitely recommend to ask for advice , they will be honest with you from the start.

Bond Turner

This company stands out, having a good understanding of my case immediately and compiling all the right questions pivotal to my case on the first day of contacting them. They assessed my case and rang me back same day with one more defining question and the next day it was efficiently moved forward ready to start. I submitted an enquiry to this company last Thursday with high expectations that they could help with my case. They contacted me immediately (Roslyn?) by phone to apologise that this matter wasn't within their specialist area of expertise but gave me advice on where to look further. Although not the outcome with them I had hoped for, I would still recommend them at least for the promptness and courtesy which I was impressed with. I'm sure their great service extends beyond this. Still searching for a suitable specialist alas.

GO ELSEWERE

my solicitor cost me a breach of contract case by failing to adhere to court rules on documents and it was struck out, This firm been let down would NOT take the case on as it was not worth over 10 thousand pounds. They also stated on the phone to me that they could not give me any advice on wether i could take solicitors to small claims myself claiming they are not allowed to give advice. AMBULANCE CHASERS THE LOT OF THEM

Time Wasters

I had emails and maps from my solicitor confirming there were no restrictions to my property and I then found out later it was attached to a scheduled monument with countless restrictions. This company wouldn’t take on the claim and wouldn’t give me a reason why they declined to do so.

I called Been Let Down for a family…

I called Been Let Down for a family member. When I spoke to the team they were helpful in advising me of the merits of a Medical Negligence case and the next steps we should take. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again should I need to.

Perfect name for the firm gets peoples hopes up for justice then let's them down

I sent what was asked for about a potential section 33 case on the north east ambulance as was advised to as was told to see if there was any merit for sn extension to the statute of limitations, they got my hopes up with asking to.see if there was any merit for sn extension, avoid this firm at allcosts it has the perfect name as they let people down after getting their hopes up, I will.be naming them with a list of other law firms that messed me around in the local and national newspapers and on the BBC snd itv news after new years

Very disappointed with the service

Very disappointed with the service. A potential case claim and then they say "no everything is going to be alright, and you have no case here"

If you are in an urgent response then I advise just don't knock this door at all. You will loose time and effort.
