I had an issue with my order due to a delay with Royal Mail, which was really frustrating as it was meant to be a gift. However, the customer service I received was absolutely fantastic. They responded quickly, understood my frustration, and immediately took action to resolve the situation. Not only did they offer a full refund, but they also sent out a replacement via next-day delivery at no extra cost—before I had even asked! Their kindness and efficiency really stood out, and I truly appreciate the effort they went to. Highly recommend this company for both their products and their outstanding customer service!

I can honestly say I have never had such poor customer service. I ordered a product for a Christmas present that I had to keep enquiring about. They constantly told me it had been lost in the post, even though previously I had found out that they had never even submitted the order. They then said out of goodwill that I could have the product for free. Again, I still had to keep contacting them and said I would be willing to pay. After nearly 2 months of chasing and contacting, I still have no product and it is the worst website I have ever encountered. Dont waste your time!
