Bedworld has been our go‑to for mattresses ever since we bought our first one three years ago.

We bought our King Size mattress from Bedworld three years ago, and it’s still perfect - comfortable, supportive, and in great shape. We recently moved and visited the store again to look for a smaller size, and honestly, we wouldn’t consider anything other than the same model.

The owner is incredibly kind and helpful, explaining all options in detail and making sure you find the right fit. Prices are very reasonable compared to other showrooms in Amsterdam, and delivery was smooth, on time, and with great care (they even helped carry it through narrow stairs!).

After three years of amazing sleep, we can’t recommend Bedworld enough!

So I spent 3 x times extra money on a mattress for my son as he has some health issues. There was trouble trying to get details of the mattress before I even purchased. I should have been weary at this stage but was struggling to find an alternative mattress elsewhere and decided to trust this company to deliver as advertised. I asked for email confirmation of the exact contents of the mattress as described to me when I rang because I was concerned it was not stated on the site. I never got the email when the mattress arrived it looks nothing like what I ordered, and still I cannot get the confirmation in writing of the contents which makes me very annoyed that I have indeed been sold a dud, it feels like there is zero latex in it. It looks and feels cheap. I will update when I investigate this matter further, I may need to open the mattress. Joseph furniture the manufacturer appears to be a Chinese company and looking at what I can find on them, I seriously doubt that if the latex is even in the mattress the it is Dunlop method (as advertised) and not some nasty synthetic fake foam! If this has happened to me as I suspect it has, I suspect it is a common practise of advertising one product but sending a different product altogether, not many people are going to open their mattress to see what's inside

Wonderful service!! Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We are very happy with our box spring and comfortable mattress. :)

I know this is a dutch company but I dont speak/write Dutch so an english review is the best I can do.
Bedworld Noord were awesome. Especially during this COVID time. We made an appointment to visit the showroom tired many toppers and mattress types and finally went with a boxspring that was at a great price with great service. And it was delivered very quickly. However it didnt take long for us to realise that we had made a mistake in our toppper choice it was way too hard. A quick phone call and replacement topper was on its way without any fuss or need to justify anything.

Delighted with our new divan bed and extra mattress which are much better quality than expected, especially given the price! The driver, Frank, rang when he was 2O minutes away and was very efficient and courteous. He helped us greatly and even declined a cup of tea after driving a very long way. Thanks Frank, and thanks Bedworld for excellent products and service at reasonable prices.

The driver Fahid Mahmood was fantastic helped with delivery of Mattress, very understanding, as the Mattress was not exactly I had ordered, was very helpful I was not happy with my order, Fahid Mahmood was helpful and took the mattress back.
but the bed I had ordered was from bedworld was not as expected the legs were damaged on opening the bed from packaging, some other problems as well, so far past two days I have tried to contact them but with no luck, hope some one reply's and sorts the problem out. very disappointed.

Fantastic service guality of matress is amazing. But the delivery driver for Bristol was the most lovely chap completed a great service, one if the nicest delivery guys IV met was early to and he was lovely and happy very polite to ,I have asked them to make sure they let him know ..I would recommend this company
