Very disappointed with this company. I ordered a bed online, got delivered OK, but the bed didn't meet our satisfaction after putting it together. Carefully disassembled the bed and put it back in its original packaging straight away but they refused for it to be returned and for me to get a full refund. I had to sell it on gumtree with a loss of £315. I hope the staff at beds on legs had a good night out at my expense. Thanks for nothing

Went into the showroom with an exact bed in mind for my daughter. The sales assistants were great, totally clear in explanations, had exactly what I wanted, very easy experience.
The bed arrived and was in perfect condition, perfectly packed, pads around headboard corners etc - so rare now to have things actually arrive undamaged from huge companies, so this was a breath of fresh air. Bed is perfect and would highly recommend Beds on Legs

Love this bed. Easy to build and very sturdy. The granddaughters love it. It folds away so easily too so they can use the floor space to play

Was really disappointed with the service and quality of the bed as a whole! my bed arrived and was broken in two places which I can only assume that it’s because the men weren’t being careful when taking the bed to my room or in transit, and then when the new bed came on the following Tuesday I had 2 different young boys that spoke little English we’re very rude to me when asking me to sign for the beds, they also we’re not taking care at all of the bed when lifting to my room at all, and were talked in a foreign language to which I couldn’t understand which they could of been saying anything! So I was highly disgusted with that and felt disrespected as a women! And I will not be recommending you or buying from you again !

We had looked at a few retailers when choosing a bed and decided on Beds on Legs Ltd, as they had a lot of choice on their website and they were reasonably priced.

As we were not sure of the best type of bed/mattress for us, we decided to go to the shop. Parking was easy, we were greeted at the door, staff were friendly and knowledgeable, took time to explain the products and suggested what would suit our needs.

We ended up with two beds and mattresses!! Due to the price and overall quality of the beds. We wanted a second bed for family/friends to stay over and they offered us a package deal. For our mattress we bought a Hybrid Cool Gel 2000, it has been so comfortable.

Received a call for delivery sooner than we expected. Delivery drivers were on time and took the beds/mattresses to the designated rooms. They were very chatty and polite.

Due to our experience I would recommend this family business. Great service, great quality and great prices.

What a great place to buy a bed from I would not go anywhere else for a bed I have had beds for my kids and my self and grand parents all have been good quality at a good price, a great team they even stored the bed I wanted till I was ready to collect .

We bought the bed frame off Beds on legs over 5years ago. We decided to change the mattress after Christmas so off we went to there showroom. So we looked around then went to the “big bed suppliers” to compare the prices and quality.
After a day of running around we ended up back here to get out new mattress. Whilst we were there we saw a bed and mattress for my granddaughter on stock clearance.
They beat the big boys on price and service. Thanks we will definitely be back.

Brilliant customer service from Chris from colour swatches to final purchase and delivery of my Bern king size bed frame. I had previously ordered a bed from eBay and had to send it back as the quality and finish was so so bad. This bed however is an absolute dream!! The finish on all parts and corners are seamless and the bed is very very sturdy with the ottoman strong enough for a heavy Tempur mattress. Top end store quality. For £700! Brilliant!! ❤️

This is our second bed purchased from Beds on Legs Ltd,The construction quality of both of these are 100%.Well built easy to erect as one was flat pack type.No hassle sales team ,very helpful and informative about our choices of ottoman beds.I Would highly recommend this company for quality made beds of all type.This company also uses a excellent delivery company to reinforce its performance ,making delivery a breeze.Well done to you all.

Gas lift ottoman bed that does not lift. Gas lift not working correctly. Store think it’s the weight of my mattress🤔. Arranged replacement struts, didn’t arrive. Called again to be told will receive next week now (not convinced). Whole experience has been very disappointing. I already have another ottoman bed and I know how it should work. Store seem to think that is normal for you to have to push the bed up yourself,I don’t agree.waiting for replacement parts to see if this resolves.

So replacement gas lift received however still will not lift bed (so I assume my mattress too heavy) . Purchased my own gas lift struts which lifts perfectly, downside was at a further cost to my self. So if you purchase this bed and have a decent mattress be prepared that it may not work.

Our second bed from here delivered yesterday. Got a call within 10 minutes of placing order to confirm delivery day. Arrived bang on time, excellent quality again daughter loves it.

Stuart made sure all was delivered to us. He assisted with being they liaison with me and the delivery men.
