Outrageous company
We ordered a bed 3 weeks ago, it was supposed to be a 2 day delivery and still nothing!!! I have had nothing but excuses I.e "they are not used to delivering in our area"...... We are only in Greater London, and those excuses are when they actually answer their phone. This is a shoddily run company!!
Ordered by my partner David (Tatsfield) he has continuously contacted your one man customer service and has only been met with false promises of a delivery day, actually even today was supposed to be another deliverey day.... Grrrrrrrr failed that promise too

Very happy with Beds4less product and service
Purchased a single bed online, was kept in constant contact regarding delivery. Friendly staff. Delivery was on date/time and even took my daughters old bed away. Smooth, quick service, very happy with product.
