Customer service is awful

Customer service is awful. They really don't care, and they don't even pretend to. I would suggest ordering from any company but this one (or Overstock, they are the same company).

They sent me the wrong furniture…and you're screwed.

They sent me the wrong furniture product and tried to gaslight me into believing it was what I ordered. Their call center is trained to be slippery as eels. Do yourself a favor and believe the ratings here. Barclays, my credit card company, does not accept photographs for credit card disputes. Save yourself aggravation and don't order anything from them. That'll hopefully put them out of business for good and protect others. A company that is totally morally and ethically bankrupt. They know what they are doing.

Horrible! Company lack of character

This customer experience is non existent. I have tried several ways have a resolution with my purchase and this has gotten me no where. How is this company still operating? I even purchased a 3 year extended warranty and that is not even being honored. My furniture is not even a year old. I am disappointed and will NOT br making any other purchases. I will also be contacting the BBB and the Attorney General. Because this has to be a scam.

Coffee table arrived split in two

So a solid acacia coffee table arrived completely split in two. Yes, bad.

But worse is that on closer examination, it's clear the table had previously split, was glued back together, and was resold to me as "new."

I'm going to fight the charge on my credit card.

FALSE ADVERTISING

I was unaware that BBANDB has been bought out by Overstock. I ordered two sets of sheets labeled as cotton sateen, 100% cotton. What I received was 50% cotton and 50% polyester, NOT sateen. Then, they wanted me to buy my shipping label from them for $48.00. I gave up on Overstock years ago, and am wiser now.

GREAT SERVICE

The shop at Centurian Lifestyle center is the best I have been to. The staff were friendly, efficient and knew about all the products in the shop. We appreciated their professionalism and knowledge and friendliness.

Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience. I received a desk with missing parts and was told it was “too late” to help — even though I offered to pay for replacements. I also paid extra for second-floor delivery and assembly of a wardrobe that was never properly delivered, and then my order was canceled without my authorization. No follow-up, no apology, and no accountability. Unfortunately, they’ve lost me as a customer.

Deceptive return policies

Deceptive return policies. Told to reply to a "No Reply" email, so must phone. I paid $125 for 1 set of towels because B B and B did not tell me I could not return defective towels that I had used 1 time. How can I find a fault in the towels if I don't use them?! I will NEVER buy from them again! Buyer beware of the Return policy!

I have shopped here for decades...no more

I have shopped here for decades and just tried purchasing on line. The selections were good and I have no complaints there. the small rugs I purchased did not work out. But the return cost is MORE than the items purchased. That alone is enough to make me never use BBB again. Very disappointing.

Terrible place to do business

I placed an order and was very unhappy at the quality of the product I received. Asked to make a return and was to ld I was responsible for return shipping plus tracking. Never trust this place to do business with. Thus the 1.1 customer rating

Atrocious customer service

I ordered expensive kitchen faucets that were supposed to be in stock and shipped within 5 days. Delay, delay, delay. You cannot get in touch with customer service as they do not answer the phone, chat is no help, and text messaging took over 2 hours with no resolution to my issue.

Bad quality then they did not want to give me a refund , looks very different then the pictures then tell me that i have to pay 160$ for a refund and i won't even get all of my money and if it was damaged i won't even get any of my money would not recommend

Worst return policy ever

Worst return policy ever! ordered an item and decided I didn’t like it in the room. Wanted to return, but they want $45 for the return! I thought I could use my own return label but their site says that they can’t guarantee a refund without their label! Will never order again!!

Would be zero or negative if i could.

Nothing at all good to say. Processed fraudulent order after flagging it and saying they were not processing it. Now charging me approx $20 PER ITEM to return. Insane. Not fathomable in today’s world! I had to beg to let he return the first three items as the 4th is MIA.,

A second (real) order for a duvet cover was made on 2/12. Still no duvet cover. UPS has no idea where it is or when it will arrive. BBB did a three day trace after I waited over an hour to talk to them Saturday night and did not call back., So, I had to call back and wait again. They still will not cancel and refund order which is clearly most. Instead, I need to call back if I do not get it in a week.
Worst customer experience in years which is saying something! Will be BK soon

This place is the worst

This place is the worst. Order on feb 16. Seen that the package won’t be delivered till 3/23. So I cancelled it. Come to find out you have to pay to have it delivered even when the package is in the shipping department a few blocks away. They told me it was going to be $591 for a couch that was worth $1,300. When I got the refund amount they took out $691. I have email transcripts saying it $591. I call back and every time they hear me say they took more money from me they all hang up. Please don’t order from this place ever!

Horrible experience!!

Horrible experience!!! Horrible delivery services as well. Paid for upgraded delivery service.
Bed, bath and beyond uses a third party for shipping. Once you’ve purchased an item from bed, bath and beyond; they relinquish all responsibility. Leaving their customers with NO support.

The chairs I received were not the ones…

The chairs I received were not the ones advertised and arrived damaged. One chair had visible rust, which should never happen with a new item-especially at this price.
Because I had to hire someone to assemble the chairs, the issues were not fully visible until after installation. Once assembled, it became clear that the chairs were incorrect and defective.
For a purchase totaling nearly $900, I expected to receive the correct product in new condition.
Unfortunately, this was not the case, and I would not recommend this item based on my experience.

out of the box

out of the box, 2 tables that we had purchased were badly cracked, one end to end (pictures available). our opening of the shippers and assembling the furniture had been postponed due to contractor delays. because their 30 day time frame had been exceeded, they refused to do anything. no concern for the quality of product being sold whatsoever!! BUYER BEWARE!!
