Beware of Bojangles Kinston, NC Old Food!

Visited Vernon Ave Store Drive thru on 080625 @ 510pm. Ordered 1 Ham/Egg/Cheese biscuit, 1 Cajun Filet biscuit, 1 Sausage biscuit, 3 Boberry dessert biscuits, 1 large order of fries and 1 individual mashed potatoes. Order total: with tax 27.33. Received food and drove home (~3 miles) and upon taking food out of bag discovered that instead of 3 Boberry dessert biscuits I had three Boberry sausage biscuits. I implicitly asked the drive thru order taker if they still had the Boberry dessert biscuits and was told yes they did. I could have accepted this mistake if the biscuits were edible but they were not. They were as hard as a brick and the sausage had been cooked a long time beforehand. The Cajun filet biscuit was old as well as were the fries. I ended up throwing out the three sausage boberry biscuits, the cajun filet biscuit and the french fries. The ham biscuit was surprisingly fresh and the mashed potatoes were edible as well. I immediately called the 800 number listed on the receipt and the person took my info. I told her that I wanted a refund for the food that was not edible. She told me that my info would be handed over to management. That was on 8/06 and I have not heard a peep from Bojangles. I have had problems with this store in the past serving inedible food. You would think ordering during rush hour the food would at least be cooked to order and fresh. I would still like a refund for the items that my family was unable to eat. This repeatedly selling old food is getting out of hand.
