Been trying to deal with an issue for over a year, they keep promising to call back but don't. They do not return calls as advised when you call them. Only sending this review in the hope they may respond .Avoid

It is a 4 star review as people often do not trust 5 star reviews.

I found Alex to be patient and courteous whilst finding the best prices for our utilities, although we are currently tied into a contract with another supplier, he managed to secure great prices for next year.
