I’ve been a customer of Beauty Bay for a long time, but this experience has been genuinely shocking. My order took much longer than expected to arrive, and when it finally did, half of my items were missing.

I contacted customer service immediately, but the response has been incredibly slow. 16 days later I was asked to provide photos of the unopened package — something most people would never think to take in advance. The wording of the email felt like they were implying I wasn’t being honest, which was really disappointing.

It has now been over 1 month since my order was delivered, and 11 days since they last told me my case was “being investigated.” I still have no update and no replacement items. This order was meant to be a birthday present, which I made clear from the beginning, and I received no support in trying to get it on time.

I’ve always liked Beauty Bay’s products, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I simply want the missing item I paid for, and I hope someone from the team finally takes this seriously and resolves it.

They have some good deals but sadly it's not worth the hassle of trying to get your parcels back from the random people Evri decide to give it to.
Previously (years ago) I had a parcel from them delivered to a neighbour who I didn't know, who then said they had not accepted the parcel. Beauty Bay's response was that it was nothing to do with them and I needed to contact the police. No, you need to stop using a courier who counts giving a parcel to literally anyone they come across as 'delivered'.
Today I again had a parcel from them delivered to a random neighbour not even close to me. This is utterly unacceptable. STOP USING EVRI.

Great range of products at amazing prices. I ordered the large beauty bay neutral palette, a wide range of matt and glitter shadows, I will get a lot of use out of this, the pigment of yhe shadows is great, goes on smoothly and blends effortlessly.

Shocking customer service! At first i was patient when my parcel went missing, but Evri were great and really quick to respond. It took Beauty Bay a further week to confirm the parcel was missing (even when I emailed proof from Evri). With each email you send them you need to wait days for a response...FINALLY the acknowledged the parcel was missing, and they issued a refund (still to be added to my account). However i had asked for a replacement. Now the items i wanted are out of stock / much more expensive. I'm so annoyed - if i'd been told at the start i would simply have ordered again and waited for a refund. Not impressed at all!

I placed my order in October and still not received. I have sent several messages but never received a reply. Is this a legitimate company? I ordered items for my neices birthday but this was weeks ago and have now bought something else. Customer service is appaulling!!

Ordered perfume and they sent the wrong item. Returned item next day on a 2 day delivery with Evri.
Can’t talk to anybody as zero customer service department so it’s either an email that takes a million years to respond to or a robot that hasnt got a clue (because it doesn’t have a brain). So they just keep your money and tell you to wait 14 days before even trying to find out what’s gone wrong. This close to Christmas I think it’s really disgusting policy to keep people’s money for that long.
If I could give zero starts I would. Absolute shambles DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

The quality of products and speed of delivery is great.
It was let down by the company who delivered my goodies:- a split open box left outside in the rain with no attempt at ringing the bell (I was in!)

I'd never heard of Beauty Bay before...I was doing the usual "websearch" looking for a particular make for a Christmas gift, the variety and prices on offer from Beauty Bay were very very good. I found what I was looking for at a brilliant price, ordered and within a few days my order was delivered, I'm very pleased with my purchase and was kept informed all the way from Beauty Bay. Now I've discovered this company I'll be buying from them in future, I've passed their details on to family members 10 outa 10!!

absolutely horrendous customer service!! I do not recommend if you have any issues they dismiss it and tell you that they will give you 10% back off when you want to return a damaged parcel and when you tell them you want a full refund as everything was damaged and is for a gift they tell you if I return everything needs to be perfect and that is the whole reason ive sent it back!! they will not take responsibility for this. absolutely disgusting i paid £60 for items for Christmas that are all damaged i told them i will send it back they told me I can still use the stuff. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE!!!!

Good experience ordering from Beauty Bay, easy to deal with. Ordered 4 items as a birthday gift for my niece, all delivered on time. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Bay is impossible not to be the best. The delivery is outstanding. Product is 1 million recommendable.

I wanted to make a purchase but the website is incredibly misleading. Now that the de minimis exemption in US has ended duties and taxes are expected. Items are listed stating duties and taxes are included in price. However, duties and taxes are also added at checkout, this is on top of the listed price. This seems a bit shady and a costly oversight. If duties are not actually included in the listed price this note needs to be removed from all items immediately.

UPDATE: I've read the reply and all items showing on the US website are tagged with duties and taxes on the listed price. Items like Huda Beauty and Eucerin have additional duties and taxes at checkout. As far as I know, these are not items from China.

I order evening and get next day. The products are very good quality and nice packed. I will order here again for sure!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Beauty Bay. I raised a complaint about the poor quality of the hair extensions I received which I washed after a couple of weeks and the colour completely changed, only to be met with a very dismissive response. Instead of acknowledging my concerns, I was told that “no one else has had a problem,” which felt both untrue and unprofessional.

I know what I received, and the product was nowhere near the standard especially considering I have used the brand prior and in experienced wearing hair extensions. Being made to feel like my issue isn’t valid, or that I’m the only one experiencing it, is unacceptable from a company of this size.

I’m still waiting for a proper resolution and for my concerns to be taken seriously. Until then, I can’t recommend Beauty Bay based on this experience.

Further to this, under Consumer Rights Act 2015, I’m entitled to a refund or replacement which the team don’t seem to understand.

How can it not be a fault with the hair itself? Hair shouldn’t change colour when washing. I have escalated to your ceo and will be taking legal action if you don’t respond accordingly. This goes against my statutory rights.
