They put the order through twice
They put the order through twice, I had to complain after I received no updates on my order for two weeks. It was 3 weeks before I got a refund for one of the orders, I had no response to the two emails I sent asking for an update. This is not the first time this has happened and although the product works what's the point if you cannot have an easy process to actually getting it. I will not order again.

Amazing product and customer service!
Not only is this a great product that does what it is supposed to do, I can honestly say the customer service of this company is first class after I had an issue with an order.

Terrible customer service. Part of my order was missing I have sent emails and received a response to ask if it had arrived. I then replied and told them it hadn’t and I’ve been waiting for a response for a week and still no products
