Beaumont Morgan and affiliated …

Beaumont Morgan and affiliated companies involved in the so called extensive refurbishment of Dunn House in Sunderland have cost myself and other investors to lose many thousands of pounds. Their shoddy work means that we continue to spend money on repairs which would normally be covered by building warranties whilst rental income has dried up. Marketers of their properties need to carry out careful and thorough surveys of their properties if they want to retain the goodwill of their investors. Affiliated companies such as Fortis Estates Management protect them from the responsibilities they should morally and legally be held accountable for.
