So pleased with my purchase and i could not get a certain piece of clothing for the bear but they got in touch to ask if another option was okay wbich i thought was really good.would order from them again and it was all wrapped lovely..Really pleased

Great experience

I ordered a bear very last minute for my son's birthday on Xmas eve. Not only was the bear beautiful and exactly what I wanted, the company upgraded my shipping for free to ensure it arrived in time for Xmas. Would not hesitate to order from them again.

A birthday gift for my next door neighbour who is a true neighbour, always helpful, and who adores me to you teddies. He was absolutely delighted with this gift and thankfully, it wasnt one he alreadyhad in his collection. Bear will be well loved and cared for. 🐻😊

Brilliant personalised keep sake gifts

I bought 3 dog soft toys with engraved jumpers for my newborn, first born and their cousin. They loved them and such a lovely keepsake. They were excellent quality for such great value. They came very quickly and were packaged beautifully. I will definitely be ordering more personalised keep sake gifts from this company in the future!
