Horrorible. Delivery of an wrong article and no answer to e-mail or phone calls. I wrote around 15 E-Mails and asked PayPal to help me to get my money back. Dont buy online in this website. It's better to buy from AliExpress.

I asked what I needed to build my old bait boat to a 5.8ghz boat.
Ordered all the necessary products they told me.
When I installed it it didn't work.
After some research I had to order for an extra 500 euro to make it work...

They gave the wrong advise and I had to pay the shipping costs to send it back.
Then they gave me the wrong address and now I have it back again..

What a worthless customer service and worthless company!

Brought Navison ng50 all in one . Problems from day one and according to them my fault . Would not connect to iOS as claimed. Had to buy android at my cost to go to France . App constantly crashes . Sonar unusable/readable again my fault .
Turns out others I’ve spoken to have exactly the same issue and are getting the runaround by customer service. No refund under warranty instead fitting I pilot to it instead . Been waiting 5 weeks now and service center still not received the parts . Not there fault . Now no reply’s to emails . Absolute disgrace as not only me but many uk buyers being robbed

Bought a scavenger pro 2yrs ago and it's just been one fault after another. It arrived with the spare battery I ordered left inside the boat.so during transit the battery damaged the gps module. They sent me a replacement and a video on how to fit it.
It has been sent to their authorised repairers numerous times,for a power switch, a new reciever module and 2 motherboard issues,over those 2 yrs it has not been very reliable.
I have just got it back for the last motherboard issue and now it doesn't reverse. I have sent bearcreeks video of the fault as requested and it's been with their technical team for a month now, I don't expect I will hear any more from them.
DON'T TOUCH THEM is my advice.

I emailed to get more information on bc2403 but no extra information was sent and I was told everything I needed would be in the box. I then checked availability because on the first page it said available May and then when I went to the order screen it said between august and September, I emailed again to get more information and was told that pre order was up to 1st June and delivery would start 15 June which was acceptable. I ordered the item and soon got an email saying it was unavailable and stock was expected mid July and I could wait and get an additional 10% off or get a refund. I went for the refund and lost £25 due to currency conversion rates. Overall a shocking experience.

I ordered a auto pilot gps system, the 1st order was delayed, when I contacted them they said the item was faulty so they are sending another,this was after they had told me the item had already been sent ,when the item finally arrived this also turned out to be faulty, I contacted bearcreeks, and they said to send video evidence of the fault, which I have, they refuse to acknowledge me now, the company is selling faulty goods and refusing to acknowledge it
