Missinforming clients.
They show that deposits are free, but after transfering money to own account they took 1.25% from each deposit. it's crazy....
I tested several deposits and withdrawals of EURO through Mykobo - an EU regulated platform - everything works well and fast but it is costly (1,25 %). On chain transfers of EURC and USDC on Stellar work very well and extremely fast. The "earn" is a good savings option, although the interest rates are very volatile, but much higher in comparison to banks. Currency conversion is not always proposed at the interbank rate, but close enough. In general I recommend it, despite transparency, audit and regulatory concerns. DYOR
I work abroad, and use Beans to send money to my family back home via MoneyGram. It’s fast, safe, and the rates are way better than traditional remittance services.
What I like about Beans is how upfront it is. I always know what I’m paying, what the rates are and I don’t have to dig through the fine print.
So my wife discovered BEANS through instagram, we usually use Western Union but it’s take usually 1 or 2 days for the transaction to reach my bank account so I decided to use BEANS because it’s more quicker and have a better rate for ARS pesos. But my first experience(transaction) didn’t not when fast😂 because it took me 2 days to received it because there provider ANCLAP have a system issue but both of them was amazing by following up by email all the time! After fixing the issue and receiving my first transaction, I still have a second transaction to do on from BEANS to ANCLAP and to my Argentinian Bank! This one took me not even 15min to reach my bank account 🏦. Thanks 🙏🏾 BEANS KEEP UP ⬆️
