Tried to ring customer service and waited the initial call fifteen minutes and no reply.Second attempt for twenty minutes again no reply or apology for any delay or indeed any message about a reason for the ‘no answering sevice’

They have taken my money, never sent me the item, and have not returned my money, they have £180 of mine, I have been chasing them but no one returns my calls, do not trust this company.

Great experience with this company from start to finish. Ordered online on Sunday evening and product arrived Wednesday morning. I was sent regular updates throughout and the parcel was very well packed. Product received exceeded expectations and looks even better than it did online. Thank youfrom a very satisfied customer

I placed an order on the 29th December. I didn't know what to expect. I received my order today. I was kept updated throughout and my order arrived well packaged and looks amazing.

Very slow refund. Contacted after posting parcel to check on refund as some time had passed. They confirmed Parcel received 15 September. Refunded 4th October. No explanation for delay. I feel that is poor

Appalling customer service - contacted on 22nd April to request a return / replacement of a faulty item. Took until 28th April for any contact to be made and now on 6th May still waiting for anyone to tell me when they will arrange collection of item and replacement delivered. Impossible to speak to their "web team" - you can only call the store who know nothing about it!!

Fantastic service. Ordered on Wednesday and got my parcel next day on Thursday. Items were great quality too. Highly recommend!

Loving my Reiker trainers that I bought from Beales, I got them at really good price, ordering was straightforward with a confirmation of my purchase. Only downgraded by 1 star because I had a message that the goods had been dispatched, but there was no tracking info provided so I wasn't sure when they would turn up or who the courier company was. Luckily for me I happened to be home when the courier turned up, but it could have easily gone belly up. All in all a happy experience for me as I got what I ordered and got a good service from Beales so all good!

Purchased an item online on 8th February as a Valentines gift. Having heard nothing I contacted Beatles on 10th and was assured would be dispatched that day and arrive by Saturday 13th. Trying to track the parcel showed Hermes had not received it so contacted again, told must be a glitch in Hermes system. Cutting a long and boring story short, parcel didn’t arrive and left me with no gift for my partner, truly appalling and Beatles exhibit a couldn’t care less attitude. Now trying to get my money back, arghh!!
Will never buy again and suggest you look elsewhere if you want good customer service.

Bought a LEGO as a Xmas present. When received, I noted it had no protective packaging whatsoever and the parcel looked like someone had sat on it. Once opened, the box was half destroyed so I had to use my best skills to make it presentable and be able to give it as a Xmas present.
Zero care for the condition in which the customer will receive the goods.

Appalling !!! I ordered a thermal jacket to take away on my camping trip, 'Usually dispatched within one day' was the message I got.
10 days later still nothing, I had live chat with a condescending guy who insisted on calling me 'dear' he told me to be patient.
12 days later they refunded me saying they had been unable to fulfil my order !!! Luckily I had a back up jacket, total joke of a company !!!
