Warning and Beware

⚠️ Consumer & Vendor Warning: Builders Direct Depot (Houston, Texas)

High Rise Logistics is filing a class action lawsuit in the State of Texas against Builders Direct Depot due to serious fraud, non-payment, and unethical business practices.
• Amount Owed: $40,785.26 for fully completed services.
• Status: Carriers were paid in full, services were completed without issue. Builders Direct Depot refused to pay and ceased all communication.
• Pattern: Research shows debt and unresolved liabilities dating back to 2020.
