It has been 20 weeks no delivery was made. No one answers the phone. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Thieves! They have opened all my bags and taken all the nice expensive clothing out! So many of my items are missing! I call them and they keep fobbing me off, the cargo arrived over 4weeks late and even then so many things are missing. It seems as though is is a common trait after reading the other reviews, it’s almost as if they are purposely taking out things from peoples parcels

AVOID THESE JOKERS!!!!!

I would leave zero stars for these clowns but it does not allow you to do that.

I used this company to send all my stuff from the UK to Pakistan in June 2022 because I was moving to Pakistan and I paid a small fortune for their services.

25% of my stuff including brand new clothing which cost me so much money has not been delivered. They keep telling me to speak to the person in Pakistan who delivered the cargo. However, my agreement was with them, not some random person in Pakistan who I do not know. They have still not sent me any evidence that my cargo was delivered despite me asking for it.

My things have either been delivered to someone else or stolen. There is no third explanation.

The brand new mattress I sent from the UK was delivered only a few days ago (6 months later) and has been torn and it looks like someone urinated on it. When I sent the mattress I had huge plastic over it and I put industrial cling film on it. It is not fit to use. It was a brand new mattress which I bought from IKEA and cost me a lot of money.

They have taken my money and not delivered the goods and they keep telling me to deal with some random guy in Pakistan. My agreement was with them and I paid them. They will lose your stuff and then tell you to deal with some person in Pakistan who has nothing to do with you. I paid you over £2,500 to have my belongings delivered but yet they pass the buck to this man in Pakistan.

I curse the day I came across their company. They have cost me thousands of pounds and they have managed to mislay some very sentimental things I had including presents I received from my son and family.

All they have have done is cause me stress and anxiety.

Please please do not use this company, you will spend a lot of money and they will not deliver your stuff.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Fraudulent service

They have been lying to us all along. We sent our cargo in January. 8-10 weeks they said. My mother in law visited Pakistan waiting on the cargo. Only 13 out of 14 boxes were delivered. The 14th one is still missing. We have been calling these people almost everyday, they tell us something different everyday. The customer service is practically non-existent. They’re extremely rude. The recent phone call we had with them they clearly said, “We won’t call you regarding an update, you will have to call and even then we still won’t know where your package is.”

Never send goods through this cargo service.
Half a year has gone and we are still liaising with these people.

Absolutely shame, this company is totally rubbish, very very rude people if you ring, worst communication, looklike speaking from far village from Pakistan, customer service lied to me about where the cargo is, told me 6/8 weeks, already 11 weeks no news, its just waste of time money. Try any other reliable service, but I have used them few times every time worst then before every time, leave items damaged and in other city. Void void.

Absolutely unreliable service, from my personal experience I do not recommend this cargo service as the team is full of miscommunication and unprofessionalism. They do not provide "a door to door" service as stated on their website. They can't fulfil their promise as they had left my parcels in a different city without any reliable communication. Not even worth one star!
