Buyer beware
Absolutely unbelievable. I manually entered my tire size and when put my vehicle info THEY changed my tire size to what they thought fit my vehicle.
A day later we lost our home in Helene and couldn't check our email and now these people are charging us hundreds of dollars for return/restock.
BUYER BEWARE!
And the will not negotiate this RIP off with you.
Do not use this company!
*** to be FAIR i went on their site again and attempted to put tire size in same way and it happened AGAIN. It CAN happen and it did.

Bought tires didn’t get 15000 miles on bald gave them tire readings pictures know want me to send tires to Toyo in Wisconsin so they can decide if they will warranty are not then pay for shipping then if they will warranty pay to ship back new ones am I suppose to drive on rims till then I will not buy tires here again tires don’t just wear that fast I replaced just because I wanted all terrains last tire had on my vehicle way more miles no cupping weren’t wore out so I call bull I payed 629.12 dollars for 15000 miles

Senior scam!
Do not trust any pricing on this company’s website. I, in good faith ordered four snow tires from BB wheels. They took my money, they set up the order, they sent me a shipping status, emailed me a receipt with a picture and price confirmation of the product that I would be receiving, and at the last minute I received a phone call saying that they and the distributor of the tire screwed up, and the product was no longer offered for the price that was agreed upon at purchase time. The price, in fact doubled. The choices were: take the tires at double the price or get a refund. This company’s inventory problem now became my problem. I am now reaching out to the FTC, BBB, the state attorneys office in Minnesota where this company is located, and my Vermont
state attorneys office, as well as my senators, Peter Welsh and Bernie Sanders to shed light on these crooked business practices. If you advertise a product for a certain price and I, as the consumer purchases that product and is charged for that product, you need to deliver that product at the agreed-upon price. The company’s errors or bait and switch tactics should not become the consumer’s problem. As of this review, the company is still listing the product that I, in good faith purchased from them, for the same exact price which they agreed to sell them to me for originally. Just waiting for the next sucker, I guess. Shame on you! I am a senior on a fixed income that got suckered into a low discounted rate, in order to be able to drive safely in the snow, only to have the rug pulled from under me.
