Paid for expedited shipping on site, site stated 1-2 days. Product did not arrive for nearly a week.

Exceptional! Order was extremely well packaged obviously handled with care by this company. I ordered three items and they were all separately bagged and labeled. All very appealing too cute little pink bags! I ordered on a Friday night and when the delivery was actually processed on the next business day I was expecting about a week and a half before arrival- while it only ended up taking over the weekend and until like Wednesday morning! I could not WAIT to try the Pebble Pro and when I tell you this toy did not disappoint?! That is the ultimate understatement. I haven’t used all 3 of the attachments yet— just the tongue like one. But LADIES. RUN don’t walk. Add to cart. Click purchase ASAP. 🔥🔥🔥 I got the G-Thump and Rose toys for free with the purchase and the Rose has always been my go-to. When my previous one died after yearssss of use and I got a new one free AND the G-Thump with a $75+ purchase?! I knew I had to get this deal before it ended. The hardest part was the wait. Got two toys, took a bit to get here then didn’t get my second one until two ish weeks later. Great quality stuff though, would purchase again from this company!

Ordering was easy and I got a lot of "bang" for my buck. Shipping was fast and everything came packaged well. Most of my purchases came with the same charger and they all came with clear instructions and tips for cleaning and storage. All around it was a great experience.

Easy to order, arrived on time, works as expected.

Its awkward. Not what I expected. It doesn't seem like it was made by a woman for a woman's body. The tongue is too short and the suction cup should have been shorter and made from a more flexible material. The concept makes sense, but it needs some work. Disappointed.

The product is not one size fits all, if you catch my meaning. Sitting on the vibrating part, the thumping part is too far away to do anything, but if I want to sit close enough to the thumping part, the vibrating part is WAY too far back. Disappointing, but understandable for a product like this! Just be aware that it's not for everyone before you purchase!

I'm still missing one of my orders, and it keeps on saying it will be delivered and then never get delivered and says it will be delivered the next day.

They replaced a toy my cat destroyed

The toy I bought at Christmas recently started to become defective. I contacted the Bellesa Care team and they are sending me a brand new toy right away.
The time period from submitting the form about the problem to being sent the same toy, free of charge, was 1 day. The customer service was excellent, and the team deserves high praise.
The whole process was very easy, as they only required a video to see that the toy was defective, so my experience was very simple.
This has shown me that the company cares about their customers, so I will definitely be purchasing again.
