Considering 111 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers found the news programs to be of poor quality, describing them as garbage and boring, often focusing on celebrity gossip rather than important events. Reviewers also criticized the online news app and website, finding them anodyne, difficult to navigate, and lacking in-depth content or real interest. The service was frequently deemed biased and not neutral, with many feeling it promoted specific political agendas and spread manipulated information. Some people were dissatisfied with the scheduling, noting that news broadcasts often overran without clear reasons, unlike other channels. Additionally, some customers found the international news outdated and the world service repetitive, while others were frustrated by the removal of access to certain content internationally.

How many time do we have to be fed the same garbage?
This isn't news anymore...just a non-magic roundabout of the same old...hosted by nomark, highly-paid individuals with nothing really to say.
Personally, I am not interested in what these unelected pundits have to say, or what they think.
I want to hear NEWS!

Disgusting and biased channel

Disgusting and biased channel. It has no credibility. It's shameless. This channel doesn't deserve to exist anymore because it is not objective anymore, it's become a propaganda media tools for the UK regime. #boycottBBC

BBC Bias

I’m Scottish but not an independence supporter but I am angry at the BBC referring to riots at “across the UK”. Given there where non is Scotland but now there are anti riots they’re saying it’s England. I’m tired of BBC bias. I pay the same licence fee as everyone else. Poor poor reporting.
