Avoid this agency. I was a nanny looking for a nanny position in differents online platforms, I applied for a lot of positions with differents nanny agencies, one day Georgia sent me an email asking me when we could speak regarding of a position I applied, I didn't know what agency was (it wasn't familiar for me) neither what role she was referring to, so I kindly reply to her if she could remind me what role she was referring to,... her reply was ' the one you applied for' that's all just that sentence in the email, she didn't sent me the role details, she showed her lack of professionalism and manners , she was so rude that I decided not working with her agency, how is possible not having the ability of replying to a such simple question , is too much effort for her just giving me the role details ? did she felt insulted just because I didn't remember her agency role? Who is she thinking her agency is? I think she need to be more humble and start learning about manners and how replying emails with professionalism. If she treats nannies like this, better trying another agency.

Bumps, Babies and Beyond purports to be an agency where "finding the best person is there priority". However Georgia offers little more than an introduction service having failed to ensure that the nanny that we interviewed had the relevant qualifications to be placed with us, just two weeks before the role commenced. The candidate she placed with us did not have a paediatric first aid certificate - an essential requirement for being a nanny. Georgia failed to check this as the time of interview (surely an essential check for any good agent) and when we offered the candidate a job there was not enough time for her to complete this before starting with us. Georgia’s fees are outrageous 8-10% of gross salary and comparable with large companies that a huge range of candidates and are prepared to offer a truly bespoke service and do in fact listen to your needs. Georgia scraps facebook finding candidates looking for roles and I do not believe she genuinely checks the candidates or interviews them properly. During our search she regularly sent through candidates who did not meet our requirements, which is just a waste of the parents time. I would avoid using Georgia (Bumps, Babies and Beyond) at all costs.
