From 2023 black Friday that I am waiting my order! Never ever has been shipped. I just do an official report to my nearest Police station they will contact the Police station in Nice, I contacted Paypal they contacted the shop, I contacted The European Consumer Centre (ECC) in
Luxembourg, and they will assist me in this despute. Please if you are in the same situation do the same! They can not do this! ECC said me: For your information, the seller must in principle give you a delivery date and deliver the goods to you on the agreed date. If no date is given, the seller must deliver the goods to you within 30 days. If the seller fails to deliver, you may validly request the cancellation of the sale. The seller is then obliged to reimburse you anyway also the European Consumer Centre will contact Bazar Bio and they will ask the refund of my order! We are in the EU! It is something crazy!!!

Scam
I placed on order on 27 November and on 18 December my order has not been dispatched and they don’t reply to emails. They have closed comments on their Instagram account as I assume I am not the only one. This business is going bust and is unable to fulfil their orders. Please don’t buy from them.

I have been ordering on bazar-bio.fr on a regular basis for about five years, and only have good things to say about their online store. Super fast delivery, lovely and generous complimentary samples’ selection and anytime I have had to request a refund or partial order cancelation the customer service has been super responsive and efficient. I would absolutely recommend bazar bio and since I have ordered from several european countries I can confirm that the service they offer is excellent on an international basis. Will be choosing this one over nichebeauty.com anytime.
