Worst customer service as all my claims…

Worst customer service as all my claims rejecting by asking manual documents that should be filled by doctor and get signed from out of the country. even for the specs we purchased cant be claim through this app. as the customer care agent name joicy mathew sitting only to reject the claims.

Convenient idea, unstable in real use

I’ve been using Bayzat for work for quite a long time now since everything related to my insurance and salary goes through it. At first, I thought the app would make everything easier, and in some ways it does - the interface is clear, and you can find all your documents in one place. But the actual experience isn’t as smooth as it should be for something this important.
The app often loads painfully slowly, and that’s not just a small inconvenience - if you’re at a clinic trying to access your insurance details, even a short delay becomes stressful. More than once, coverage information simply disappeared, and the only way to make it work was to refresh the app multiple times. Notifications are unreliable too: sometimes they come hours late, sometimes they don’t come at all.
Customer support is polite and usually responds, but it’s never fast. Waiting several hours for a reply when you have an urgent issue is frustrating. For a platform handling sensitive info like insurance, I expected something stable and well-tested. Instead, I often find myself wasting time solving technical glitches. The idea behind Bayzat is solid, but the execution seriously needs improvement to make it a truly dependable tool.

One of the worst deals I ever made.

We got a sales meeting with Bayzat who promised the moon with features and after full payment of a year, it took them 4 months for implementation then once we started to use it, it has nothing from what we need, after multiple meetings, Bayzat team decided to refund us, guess what, we got nothing so far after 3 months from the meeting and no one there replying calls or messages or emails .. completely unprofessional.

Be extra careful.

We have been using Bayzat for a year…

We have been using Bayzat for a year and find the platform generally very user-friendly and accessible.
While we don't use all the available features, the ones we do use, meet our needs. If we can't find information in the online help-feature, our dedicated customer-services representative responds promptly to steer us in the right direction.
Another positive is the regular innovation and new features to help and improve your employees' experience. It can take time to learn about the improvements, so the guides on the platform are very useful and accurate.

Very Long time to process companies…

Very Long time to process companies Health Insurance...

We have been back and forth for almost 1 month to process insurance for SME company of a group of 8 staff!!
It's way better to go directly through the vendor itself

The UAE needed something like this

I had a nightmare trying to find health insurance for my parents. Finally, Bayzat came around and I was able to compare different options and prices online, as well as pay online (I still don't understand why it is so hard to find online payment in Dubai).
