Quality service and medical grade eye check up.
Been a customer for many years and would definitely recommend them. The staff is very patient with me and my idiosyncrasies and understanding and we have a little laugh occasionally.My eyes feel in top condition inspite of me having some issues( previous surgery). I consider it a part of my annual check up, they are very thorough and explain the scans in detail.
I feel really well looked after.... i am guilty, i can't remember all the girls names but they are excellent

The eye bag you sold me for blepharitis was 50% more expensive than on eBay? Please advise?
The instructions for use could be a great deal better and not so ambiguous. Pictures would help especially for the prescribed massage following the application of the bag.
The eye test was professional and hopefully accurate.
Generally pricy reflecting the aspect of a prime location possibly although I didn’t realise you were such a large business with many outlets so this really shouldn’t come into the equation.
After sales pushy. Always guarantee a warm welcome and I trust the expertise of the technical staff.
