Pleasant staff, welcoming atmosphere, offered refreshments, efficient professional care. Everything you could want.

My mum has dementia and everything we do these days is not easy . The care and support that Kelly and the team have shown my mum has been wonderful and couldn’t ask for better. Mum had a few issues which needed hospital attention and Kelly called me to explain and guide me through what we needed to do.
This opticians is well run efficient and most of all the customer care by these lovely staff is a credit to the company .

Professional & frirndly

Kelly was extremely kind and professional instilling a feeling of confidence in the eye test results.
The other staff were friendly and kind.
My problem was the price. Despite using my existing frames the cost was very disappointing as was the length of time to wait for getting my glasses back, 10days to 2 weeks is far too long.

The Opticians are great help me for my eyes test. they has been checked everything it.

My new glasses were so poor I could barely read through them
I also now have to wait a month before the same optician is available to carry out another examination.
I have paid nearly £900 for this level of service

Had my eye examined at Bayfields and I was really impressed with the care and attention given throughout the whole process. I think I was seen by Kelly and she explained every detail of every procedure as well as why she was doing it. I do recommend

But bombarded with advertising emails ever since. This I could tolerate, but there appears to be no opt-out link or email settings option in any screen or email that I can see. And this is against the law, Hence I've downgraded then by one star.

I was listened to by Kelly who refered me to the Eye Hospital. My previous experience with Kelly, the Opthomologisist, I have found to be practical and no nonsense

Well organised and helpful. Kelly is very thorough and explains everything as well as being pleasant.

I truly cannot think of anything that needs to improve. Everyone is friendly and helpful, my eye test is carried out very thoroughly and the optician always takes time to explain the changes they have seen especially with the retinal scan. I have been referred to the eye hospital on two occasions, to check out anomalies which has enabled me to get treatment and monitoring for a developing condition before it affects my eyesight permanently. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Kelly is very professional and patient

All u get from bayfields is a barrage of “book you appt” emails and calls!! Tried to book and didn’t want the only optician at the branch. The person then suggested my account be closed until they have some else. No suggestion to use another branch or any other work around. You need to train your staff better bayfield - u purchased these other opticians and you seem to have lost much of the expertise and personal touch that was there in our community. Perhaps time for to try a different optician!!

Easy to make an appointment. Easy to get to. Good environment, and a really good audiologist treament.
