Everything was perfect
Everything was perfect. From first contact to selling process and delivery. Everything done over phone, email and online. Always reachable and quick in replying. The stone and ring were delivered as promised. Price is 1/3 of what you pay in a branded store. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a stone or ring.

Positive surprise
I thought it would be the classic "buy from site" experience. But I found out they have specialists (humans... no AI stuff) who can answer questions and even offer specs that are not listed in the site menus. Like better cut quality or purity. And they followed up every step of the process till delivery. Their key advantage is price. But service is there too. Highly recommend.
