Not pleased...
I can't even review the product, because I ordered it nearly ten days ago and haven't heard ANYTHING since I paid through PayPal. Not an email saying hey it's delayed, an anticipated ship date...NOTHING. I finally called and was told my product was out of stock and would ship in a week. Guess what...still haven't seen or heard anything. IMO Bauernutrition is terrible. Customer Service is....well...there is none. C'mon this is 2015. How hard is it to keep your paying customer up to date through email? IF I ever receive the product, changes are I won't re order. It will have to be a miracle drug and let's face it, those don't exist.

I orderered some products and they didn't send me all what I had ordered so I emailed them and within hours they emailed me back and they sent the rest of my order which I thought was excellent... Not many companies get back to you that quick and have no quibble... All in all 10 out of 10 and I hope the product is....

It took 12 business days to receive the package. The only matter i had, a little one, was that usually take 7-10 business days. Probably has to do with the courier office.

The shipping of this product was amazing,I've been taking unique hoodia for 3/4 days and so far it's not doing what it says and suppressing my apetite and that's making me think maybe I got sold a fake product orrr I should just finish the product and see what happens and overall so far I'm not too impressed

Their customers services appear to guess what their customers want, I ordered two sets of product and only received one, after a week my Account page said the 2nd order was still in processing so I rang them to find out what happened to my 2nd order, the person I spoke to said he would investigate what happened to my 2nd order and someone would get back to me via email, later in the day I got an email from someone else saying sorry about the duplication we have refunded your 2nd payment. I emailed the person twice and both my emails so far have not been answered. Rubbish customer services
